  1. Again, I like it. Scott
  2. Your not the only one. The second one on the left, maybe. Scott
  3. I too like it. Life is boring without a little silliness from time to time. Scott
  4. What issues all you referring to? Scott
  5. That's too bad. I like the subject matter. And I need one of Opels above. Very cool! Scott
  6. The roof rack is not correct for a '67. The rear pillars on '65 - '68 full-size Ford wagons had built in air deflectors. So there is no need for the air deflector on the rear of the luggage rack. This was a feature offer on the deluxe luggage racks after '68. The price and the incorrectness at this price, are two things that don't sit right with me. Scott
  7. Cute. Over all it would work for me. Scott
  8. I still say Ford Capri MkI (1970 - 1974 Mercury Capri to those of us in the Western colonies) is still the biggest miss by model companies out there. This car was a big hit in every market were it was sold. The European Mustang. Yet no 1/25th scale kit of it. Scott
  9. Why??? Why do you want to do this? The real stuff isn't bad enough? I hate snow. I hate what snow does to cars. I'll never build a model that will remind me of the stuff I'm trying to get away from. Remember, snow is a four letter word. Please don't use it around me again. Scott
  10. Toothpaste. I've had great luck since read about that way back in the early 70's Car Model magazine. Be careful. Some toothpaste can be too abrasive. Back in the early 70's they claimed Colgate worked best. And it still does. Scott
  11. Just built one of these within the last year. I love the 914s. But, I wasn't overly impressed with this kit. Scott
  12. Nice job! Scott
  13. I don't know why, but I've always hate the toilet paper and bears commercial. It's that for Northern tissue? I've always found those commercials in bad taste. The old what "a bear does in the woods" thing? Not funny! Scott
  14. It looks great, but..... Between the cold and having to remove, or move the stuff..... It's not great at all. Plus it sticks around way too long. I hate the stuff. Thankfully Minnesota is beautiful in the summer. It almost makes it worth putting up with. Note, I said almost. Scott
  15. Now I can't find the joke here that someone posted here about crows getting hit by trucks only and not cars. I had more fun telling that joke to the kids at the high school I was working at today. And they all thought it was a great joke. Who ever posted that joke, I think it got lost like a lot of stuff here recently, so can you please post it again? You told it better than I did. Scott
  16. Today I got the Glencoe (Disney) Nuclear Powered Space Station. I love these old 1950's speculative space and sci-fi stuff. Scott
  17. The trouble is, I'm both! Oh,no! KHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scott
  18. What? That's ridiculous! Other than the incorrect style roof rack, it's a nice model. But, at that price? That's just plain nuts. Scott
  19. Great pictures of the car. An Automobile Quarterly book from the 1980's is where I saw this car for the the first time. And, I've seen it in other publications since. But, never with so many pictures showing all the little details of the car. Note the crack in the front of the hood. Other than that and a little yellowing, I'd say the car has held up pretty good over the years. Scott
  20. I always knew Santa was kool! Scott
  21. Nice looking Chevy. Scott
  22. Neat! Scott
  23. What is the color? Scott
  24. Good looking Merc. Scott
