    Wow! Nice builds. Scott
  3. I love anything Corvair. Some pretty cool old kit. Thanks for sharing them. Scott
  4. Very nice. I see you left in the door vent wings. Not correct for '69. But, I'm thinking about leaving them on mine too. I still miss vent wings on real cars. I'm just going to tell everybody that my model represents an early GM prototype, before they were decided on whether to keep the vent wings from the '68s or not. This will also explain the missing headrests. Scott
  5. Looks great. Red, and only red, seems to be the right color for a stock '66 Nova. I like it. Scott
  6. Interesting! Scott
  7. Nice. And welcome back to the hobby. Scott
  8. 4d Vision Saturn V cutaway rocket I bought last spring. Very cool kit. I posted it in the "other types" of models section here at the time I built it. Scott
  9. I'd love to see kits of Holdens, Australian Fords, and Chryslers from the 60's and 70's. And not Mad Max or racing type of stuff, but showroom stock versions. Also some of the more modern utes would be cool too. Scott
  10. I agree with Andy and most others here. Dave I always appreciate the fact that you keep us informed. I love Moebuis kits. I'm very happy with the recent Revell releases. I enjoy the old reissues Round 2 keeps offering us. I understand the prices and inflation over time. And enjoying this hobby more than ever. It's a great time to be collecting and/or building models. I've said it before. We are living in a Golden Age of modeling. And this form of communication is one of the reasons it is that Golden Age. Keep up the good work. And thanks Dave. Oh.... And I forgive you for any mistakes you might make. For what ever that's worth. Scott
  11. What does "getting in cut" mean? Scott
  12. The last few jokes are great. Let me put a stop to that. One day a preacher got up in front of his congregation and says, "How many of you would like to go to heaven? Please raise your hand." Most people want to go to heaven, so they all raise their hands. Except for one guy in the back row. The preacher looks at him and asks, "Don't you want to go to heaven?" The guy looks around and says, "Not with this group!" Scott
  13. Too much math for me. Scott
  14. Where can one get a box? Scott
  15. Interesting. Scott
  16. Never been a fan of the mid-engine Ferraris. But a nice good on the build. Scott
  17. If your going to make it a Firebird. Make it a '70, '71, or '72 Formula 400. Scott
  18. Wow! The GT-40 Mark II and the Little Red Wagon posters are very cool. I wouldn't mined getting copies of those two someday. Scott
  19. I love it. I hope I get a Corvette in heaven too. But make mine a '67 427 roadster, please. A nice, but at the same time somewhat sad commercial. Especially when he's at the crosswalk. But looking at the whole story, it was okay. Scott I'm a sentimental old fool. So this commercial worked for me.
  20. I'm still waiting for an answer to my question above Miles. Scott
  21. Still the best looking motorhome ever designed. Very nice job on the model/toy. Scott
  22. My folks bought a '75 non-Ghia Monarch 2-door in the spring of '75. 200 cu. in. straight six. Three-speed. A radio as the only option. In an ugly rust red color. Still I want the model. Scott
