I like it. Is there any wonder why those Duster were so popular back the day, and still are? One of the prettiest designs to come out of the Mopar styling studios. Or anyone else's for that matter. Very nice job Curtis.

Very cool. I especially like the blue hatchback. It's always interesting to see vehicles that we never had over here.

I'll have to look into his vented hood. Having that hood would be a good excuse (well, an excuse anyway) to buy and build another '67 Mustang. That and the retro box art. I'm telling you, box art can sometimes get me to buy a kit I really don't need.

I didn't like the XJS when it first came out. It was, and is, nowhere near as pretty as the XK-E/E-Type it replaced. But, as time has gone on, I beginning to the like the looks of it more and more. It's still not as pretty as the E, but it sure has aged well. And I may have to get a model of it down the road.

Despite not knowing the language. I assume it's German. I liked the review. And kit looks pretty good to me.

I personally never liked that optional ribbed back panel. I was very glad that Ertl did not put on this kit when it first came out. The one option I wish they would have included in with the kit was the vented hood. That and a 390. '67 is my all time favorite of the Mustangs. The trouble is, I built a very nice one when Ertl first introduced this kit several years ago. So, do I really what another one? Maybe... I really do like the retro style box art shown above.

I already pre-ordered one from them a few days ago.

My dad had a plain brown Mutt II coupe, with the 4 popper under hood. He bought it new in 1977. Not a great car. But, not a bad one either. No worst than other cars of the era. But, you can see what I mean about Mutt IIs getting no respect. The first response to me bringing them up, is someone telling me what piece of BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH they are. All cars in that era were piece of BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH. Don't ask me about how many times I had my first brand new car, a '77 Plymouth Volare, was in the shop it's first year. A lot more than my dad's Mutt II. Despite both of those cars being junk. I still like the looks of both the Mutt IIs and the early Volares (and it's sister the Aspens). And I'm glad to have a couple of Mutt IIs and Plymouth Volare model in my collection.

Everybody likes to put Mutt IIs down. But, I've always liked them. They were the right car at the right time. They kept the Mustang franchise going in tough times. And in particular, I liked the Cobra II version. Right from the first time I saw it. Below arrived in today's mail. It's Greenlight's 1/43 scale 1976 Mustang II Cobra II. In blue no less. The color I've always wanted one in.

I'd love to see the Craftsman '60 Nomad come back. I love the type of cars that were offered in the Craftsman series back then. Mainly the type of cars your parents might buy in real life. And you'd spend many fond years of riding around in the backseat of. Or driving yourself when you got old enough.

A lovely T. I did one similar a few years back, only using the stuff that came in the box, and painted flat black. A fun and classic old kit, that like yours, builds beautifully. Very nice Tim.
