  1. From an ugly duckling to a princess. Way cool build.
  2. Man this thing is so badass, I love it.
  3. Excellent work, you'd never know it was the same model.
  4. Looks great Tom, I can't wait to see this one finished.
  5. Super sweet build, I'm a sucker for a Tin Indian.
  6. That bad boy rocks, every little detail about it is absolutely cool.
  7. Man that looks so real, fantastic job you're doing with this.
  8. I plan on being there. It is a great show.

    My Del Rio

Wow, that is one sweet looking wagon, great job.
  10. I'm kinda with Steve on this one. Red wheels, pearl white body and red top would be killer.
  11. Jeff, I just grabbed them out of my parts box but they originally came from a 1/24 GMP diecast.
  12. Randy, nice job on the Caddy. It looks nice.
  13. I'm searching for a 1/24 426 Hemi from a scrap diecast for a project I'm starting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Geno.
  14. Here ya go Steve, go get ya one.
  15. I might pick one up just to check it out. If I don't like it I know my grandson will take it. Thanks all for the insight.
  16. Man, that sucks. You'd think they would have been smart enough to build it off the Grand Prix tool. Thanks for the info. It's greatly appreciated.
  17. I've heard this model was based off of the Bonneville tooling which would make this car look all wrong. Any truth to that? I would have though it might be based off the Grand Prix tooling. I want to build one but not if it's incorrect. Thanks, Geno.
  18. Cool idea Andy, that's what I like about this place, you can always learn and get great advice and ideas from fellow friends and modelers.
  19. Thanks guys and you have some cool looking birds there yourselves. Ben, those items did come from a scrap diecast.
  20. Jericho, the steering column and wheel came from a scrap GMP GTO diecast. the keys were already in the column. I've done several kitbashes between plastic and diecast, it works out very well. kitbashing is kitbashing in any form.
  21. Thanks all, I do appreciate the comments and feedback. Thanks Andy, I knew the grille would be an issue but getting one in 1/24 would be impossible without making it myself. This works for me lol.
  22. All great especially the Pontiacs, but I guess I'm biased lol.
  23. Absolutely stunning but it is a '67, one of my favorite year Chevelles.
