My first completed car model for 2015, the Testors Aluma-Coupe quick builder, The paintwork is Tamiya Mica Blue. Hope you like it.

Nice clean build and a great paint job.

What did you see on the road today?

I saw a very nice 1972 Ford Ranchero while I was out today. There can't be too many of them here in the UK. . -
Thanks Niko. I hope to see your Charger Daytona on the start line.
-
There's some fantastic work going on here, I hope they make it to the start line, even if it does mean I have less chance of winning. After last years failure at least I will get to the start this time as the Mustang is finished. More pictures in the finished builds thread.

Here's my entry - 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429.

I picked this up at a show over the weekend. Never seen one before but as soon as I saw it I had to have it.

Great job. It looks better in red than in yellow. I've just started one myself, hope it looks as good as yours..

Nice work. I remember seeing these racing at Donington Park when they came over to the UK back in 1981.

Thanks for all the comments guys, much appreciated.

Great looking rod, very cool. .

I finished this Monogram T-Bird a couple of days ago. I copied the color scheme from an example I found for sale on the internet. A nice kit that went together well.

Thanks Mike. More progress today. The interior has been fitted and the body attached to the frame. The front and rear panels have been assembled and are ready for fitting.
-
Progress has been slow on the Mustang but I've got the interior finished so I should make it to the start line this year. I tried embossing powder for the carpet and was pleased with the result. I should have another update soon.

Good suggestions so far, I'd be happy with any of them. I've got a few ideas. Topless Cannonball ( Convertibles, roadsters ) Euro Cannonball ( Any European built car ) Six cylinders or less ( Speaks for itself )

Great looking Mercedes Dominik.

Thanks Mike. This kit is a curbside as it was originally meant to be motorised so I may trim the cover for the battery box so that it fits flush with the underside. The body is nicely molded so after sanding down the seams I gave it some primer and a few coats of Tamiya Candy Lime Green.

I know this one as well.
