  1. Nice looking power beetle.
  2. This is going to be one fantastic old truck. Can't wait to see the result.
  3. You did it again, Pierre ! Excellent model which puts mine to shame (needs a heavy rework). Superb paint and decal work - as always - and perfect wheels and tires !
  4. Released in the Hachette 1/24 newsstand series "Coches Inolvidables" in Spain: the little sporty hatchback with the black rubber bumper nose: 1977 SEAT 1200 Sport "Bocanegra"
  5. Well done, Mario - it captures the spirit well, and the paint looks close enough for me.
  6. Spectacular paint job on this stylish car Bob - will save the pics as inspiration for the one in my stash.
  7. My favorite instrumental : "Albatross" from Fleetwood Mac (the original cast, 1969)
  8. My teacher in elementary school had a Morris Minor in 1966 - a 2 door sedan.
  9. Stumbled incidentially upon this announcement on the Spot model website: it is listed for preorder now (€ 49,28) - planned release in January 2024. Immediately looked upon the Revell AG site and found this: easy-click kit with 90 parts + Goldfinger movie poster - here is a link: https://www.revell.de/produkte-revell/specials/james-bond-007/aston-martin-db5-james-bond-007-goldfinger.html
  10. Hard to believe that this is the trusty old amt kit, Anders - very nice! Are these the stock wheels from the kit ?
  11. Absolutely great build of a no-nonsense typical fleet truck, Brian: Outstanding weathering - dust and grime - makes it look so realistic (also the absence of chrome bling-bling like vertical exhaust pipes and the like) Very well done!
  12. Thanks for clearing this up, David - I know they also made pickups and delivery vans using some sort of modular system in cutting off the cab behind the driver and adding a bed or a higher cargo body. I just wanted to point out that this is not a fault of the model, but represents the reality (picture of a 1967 version from the morrisminorforum):
  13. Made by Ixo, distributed by Hachette, this 1958 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller is from a British test series (therefore RHD), the same model was released in France in the regular series (with LHD) - cute ! The gap in the roof is true to the original !
  14. Very nice model in a fitting color, John - the stance is just right - how you have lowered it (I think the stock height of that kit is for the mid 70's rubber bumper model)
  15. Did it come directly from the dealer's showroom? Perfect model, Mario - as we are used to from you.
  16. Very nice pair of Cortinas, Shawn.
  17. Nope. No openings - strictly curbside.
  18. Here is a link to a French ebayer asking for € 15,00 + shipping: https://www.ebay.fr/itm/334299012166?hash=item4dd5c61c46:g:g18AAOSwPOZiHQy5 He offers dependable and fast service - I have already ordered a few times from him.
  19. Hachette/Ixo released a 1/24 die-cast of the 96 (1969-1974 model) - first released in white in France, then in blue in Spain, and Whitebox issued an orange and a black version. I have two of them - at least one will be turned into a rally car:
  20. Jason, here is a link to a French slotcar site: scroll down to the bottom and you will find about 60 race pics of that car winning Le Mans in 1970: https://lemans.slot-racing.fr/le-mans-1970/porsche-917K-23-fly.html
