Nice work Ray and I love that box art. -
I've been limited to headphone listening the past 2-weeks or so. My headphones plugged straight into my Chromebook was not very enjoyable so I picked up this nice little USB DAC/headphone amp. Got if for half-price on ebay as an open box unit. Sounds goods. https://www.fiio.com/k3

"High Hopes" is a song by English rock band Pink Floyd, composed by guitarist David Gilmour with lyrics by Gilmour and Polly Samson. It is the closing track on their fourteenth studio album, The Division Bell (1994); it was released as the second single from the album on 17 October 1994. An accompanying music video was made for the song and was directed by Storm Thorgerson. The song is mostly in the key of C minor, and features the sound of a church bell chiming a 'C' throughout, except for a short section in the middle where the song briefly modulates into E minor for a guitar solo. The bell was taken from a sound effects record. The lyrics refer to the band's early days in Cambridge, specifically before they started making music. It also references ex-bandmate Syd Barrett. Its lyrics speak of the things one may have gained and lost in life, written from Gilmour's autobiographic perspective. Gilmour has said that the song is more about his early days, and leaving his hometown behind, than about the seeds of division supposedly planted in Pink Floyd's early days. The final couplet from the song ("The endless river/Forever and ever") recalls a line from the band's second single, "See Emily Play", from 1967, ("Float on a river/Forever and ever"); it inspired the name of their final studio album, The Endless River, released in 2014. Shortly after the song ends and the chimes fade out is a hidden track comprising a brief phone call between the band's manager Steve O'Rourke and Gilmour's son Charlie. This concludes The Division Bell. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Hopes_(Pink_Floyd_song)

Ford announced today that the next-generation Ranger Raptor will take on the stock class at this year's Baja 1000. The race-ready Ranger has been developed as a joint venture between Ford Performance and former Supercars squad Kelly Racing in Australia. Kelly Racing, run by Todd Kelly, previously ran Nissan's factory Supercars programme before switching to Ford support in 2020. The team then handed its Supercars programme over to Grove Racing ahead of the 2022 season. Following the build programme in Australia, the Baja Ranger has since been shipped to the US for final development and testing. Lovell Racing, run by off-road Hall of Famer Brad Lovell, is set to field the car for the Baja 1000. “By entering this event, we’re building on the hundreds of thousands of kilometres of development testing and pushing the Ranger Raptor to new extremes,” said Brian Novak, Off-Road Motorsports Supervisor, Ford Performance. “The Baja 1000 is a demanding event and a well-known proving ground for off-road vehicles. We are excited to compete in this extreme event with Ranger Raptor.” The Ranger will run on a Shell low-carbon biofuel for its Baja 1000 debut. “Demonstrating low-carbon fuels in performance settings like the Baja 1000 can help bring biofuels and other clean energy technologies to scale more quickly, and help to make them more available and affordable for everyone,” said Cynthia Williams, Global Director of Sustainability, Compliance and Homologation at Ford. The Ford Ranger won't be the only Baja 1000 entry with links to Australia, with Toby Price and Paul Weel eyeing outright victory in a Trophy Truck run under the Team Australia banner. The Baja 1000 kicks off on November 18.

It is curbside. I think it would be possible to kit bash it with a full-detail version for the engine.

I bought a $100 Chromebook last year that I leave in my listening room to stream Spotify to my system through my DAC. If I decide to get deeper into a music server setup I think the Brennan would be the simplest route.
