Thanks Mike. It`s fun but so time consuming so i think i`ll stop this custom attempts from now on. Done some today,i think the outcome of the exhaust will be an love/hate thing,but i`m okay with it so far. Also did the back up lights and mounted the wires to the distributor caps. Just an mock up so far. The camera and lightning makes the exhaust look awful. I`ll take better pics later on.

Thanks Dave. Today i got the wire looms done on the engine and coilpacks. Strange,6 on one side and 4 on the other. Waiting for inserts for the instrument so you can see the speedo and rpm. The one in the middle will be clock or oil-pressure,not sure. Some pics.

Define expensive? I live in Norway and pay between $15 and $21 shipping. I would assume it to be much less to the UK?. -
Open up the grill (nightmare) ,so now is the question how to remove the section behind it and not screw up the paint

Today + the weekend. 28 cans of Tamiya spray color. (Got an accepted offer on a lot) One 68 Jo-Han Series 62 ragtop resto object. 2 sheets of Scale Motorsport fiber decals for interior. 4 Scale Repro v8 distributors. Microscale Kristal klear & 1 liquid mask. Monogram 59 Cadillac body.

There is a guy on ebay selling pro-street floor pan with no molded in details. This said,i`m not sure about the quality.

Got some stuff done on this one tonight. Did an attempt on BMF on the interior,made an "man pedal" and shifter since it`s an 6speed. The consol,shifter and pedal are from scratch off bits and pieces from the parts box. I kept the bench and skipped the two tone since i dont have anything decent yet to mask with. Also,it looks more clean now imo.

No problem Bryan. Figured it out in the end and are now doing an attempt at brackets for the heater and AC hoses. I asked my gf if we could swap hands since my sausages are way to big for tiny details,she did not approve lol Now if only the liquid mask could arrive so i could get started on painting the engine. Thank you Andrew for the encourageing words. After looking at you`re build i now feel bad for hot rodding such an sweet classic. How is the 57 coming along btw?
