  1. This guy http://www.ebay.com/usr/hoppersbazaar got lots of Camaro stuff. I bought a hidden headlight grill from him and the product was excellent. Read the description under the parts you are interested in,explained pretty good how and what it fit.
  2. I bought ignition wire on Ebay from somthing called kynar wire and it works pretty good. I dont remember the code for it as for now,but it has a number and AWG. So if i could get the number, example 34 AWG it should be more easy to find. People on there operate with anything from millimeter, inches, gauge and AWG so i get a little lost.
  3. What are ca the correct size for battery cable for 1:24 and 1:25 scale?
  4. Looking good as always. Those wheels are sweet, they are knock offs only?
  5. The color goes really good with the wheels, looks great. Was the base also Tamiya TS? Wonder how it would work with clear blue.
  6. Arent these very rare, same with the Injection that came with Recaro etc? Always liked these cars, but i have a soft spot for the MK1 coupe. The one i found was not a basket case and fair priced, they are usually rusted to death with the vinyl roof or too expensive. This summer i plan on sell the Mercedes Cosworth and add some into the Coupe.
  7. I guy on Facebook sold me a 69 conversion but it was the last pieces. I thought about buy the MCW but after some research i will try craft the 69 Buick Wildcat roof section on a 70 spare car i got,i want to make the Sport Coupe myself. Here is the pieces.
  8. I enjoy to try out techniques i read about here, and it is a certain satisfaction when i get it right, also it does look a bit more realistic when done. You can say it is a challenge i enjoy. I like people who are obsessive about detail and finish,it is facinating to watch they`re work. I know i never be as good as them but they are my inspiration.
  9. The color is called Burnt Orange CK8 Matt. They got it wrong the first time, also the second,so i did not bother anymore and tried the this one. Wish it was the Bronze on the pictures,i guess i`ll have to try build another one.
  10. Little engine work done. Should not be necessary to use extra glue, the foil has worked great until this shee of "Ultra Bright Chrome" wich is bad. It either sticks too much or not at all. Going back to the normal type from now on.
  11. Cool project, does not have to be crazy colors, hemis and wild to be interesting. The 1:1 looks very clean.
  12. Great job Steve. Cant wait to see it done.
  13. Picked up this a couple of days ago. 1976 Ford Granada Coupe. Very good for rust, but need a fresh layer of paint.
  14. Looking good,very shiny paint.
  15. Looking good,love the color.
  16. Really cool build and really nicely done. A modern interpretation of the Trans Am cars or maby the French racing hemi Cudas.
  17. This worked nice for my part. Also use it on everything clear parts as glass and headlight lenses since it dries clear.
  18. Looks really good, cool diorama as well.
  19. Polar Lights 65 Coronet got a nice exhaust.
  20. Good to see the 67 Impala back, lot`s of nice donor parts. I guess the same goes for the 70 Pontiac. Anyone have a picture of the box content of the 70 Pontiac?
  21. Got mine on one of the buy/sell groups on Facebook, one complete builder and one damaged junk body + hidden headlight grill for $50. I`m doing a conversion with the junk body, using the later AMT 67. For a mint complete kit expect to empty your pockets. As for my part i mostly hoard parts, and in the end i usually end up with complete kits lol. Point is,if you want one priced at non crazy amounts there are other arenas to search then Ebay. One is in progress so looks awful on the pic.
  22. There is a mint sealed now for $75. if paid $45 for mine, and i have another built in good condition. I would not pay more then $50-60 for a mint sealed one. These kits arent very rare and pop up all the time. If you pay $100 you either have to much money or just got to have the 1970,if you pay $160 your brain must be asleep.
  23. This is extremely cool and nicely done.
  24. With some clear red sprue and patience i don think they will be that hard to make. The 69 is more complicated.
