Photo bucket: Class action suit?

The difference is free vs paid. It's free, you aren't entitled to anything. When you pay for cloud services, you should read your contract or the terms and conditions. I use the cloud for everything, but I have everything stored locally as well. I have everything in the cloud for access, but I don't trust it 100%. Servers can be compromised. There is nothing wrong with the cloud, but if anyone thinks they are going to sue a company for revoking a free privilege, then they are wasting their time. it was free, you are not entitled to anything. If you lost files because of this, that is 100% on you and you deserve nothing -

I bought a couple wheel sets for the new Revell AMG GT. I really wanted the Plamoz wheels, but I really wanted the DIve Nine tires, since they have all the sidewall detail. Turns out you can't interchange the parts. I expected this, but was hoping otherwise. The Dive Nine tires are hard resin, while the Plamoz appear to be silicone, or a similar material. Bother are great quality, but the Plamoz wheels are the cleanest castings I have ever seen. Both sets are staggered 19" front and 20" rear in 1/24. Despite this, they are significantly different in size. Plamoz does offer a 20/21" staggered set in a different style, which should be right around the size of the Dive Nine set. The Plamoz wheels are the light gray, the Dive Nine are the dark wheels. If you want bigger, fatter wheels and tires and don't mind hard resin tires, go with the Dive Nine set. If you want the cleanest castings and rubbery tires, go with the Plamoz set. Both are great detial, but the Dive Nine will require a little cleanup, while the Plamoz require none. This picture is a little off. The difference between the wheel and tire size seems ot be exaggerated, it's not as obvious in person

The Plamoz stuff is incredible, cleanest castings I have ever seen I have a bunch of kits on the way as well. In the picture is the Carbon Fiber Templates for 911 GT!, Nissan R89C, R390 GT1, Murcielago R-SV and 2 sheets of adhesive leather from Model Factory Hiro Also got the Hobby Design detail kit and the LP760 engine kit. The engine kit will need some scratch building for the intake manifold to be accurate, but the rest should work. The actual kit is on the way Bunch of PE sets, some 1/24 fuel line and 1/24 zip ties from MFH

Was that a fire suppression system putting that engine fire out as it was flipping? Looked like it was going to burst in flames, then you see white spray and the fire goes away. Amazing.

I was lucky enough to get the 1/24 956 super kit, I also have their CLK GTR and Toyota Kits, though not as intricate

nice work, very clean

very cool

I can't wait to see where this one goes. If you know anyone selling one of these detail kits, I may be willing to put up the money. They have just vanished in the last couple years.

I had an entire McGaughy's lowering kit disappear from FedEx. Front spindles, shocks, rear shackles. Vanished, and FedEx only covered $100. Worst part about it was I sold it to someone on a forum. Of course they didn't believe me, so I had to pony up and buy a brand new kit and send it to them

depends where it's going, where it's leaving from, how big it is and how much it weights. I ship every day for my business, with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Weight is the major factor with all 3, but once you hit a certain size with USPS, the price jumps up a lot. Shipping from CA to Hawaii is always a LOT less with USPS with smaller packages, but after a certain size, USPS is double UPS and FedEx. USPS trucks are small and not meant to be carrying around large boxes, so when you ship something that size, 18x18 is not small, compare to what they typically carry, then they are going to make you pay for the real estate on the truck . I forget the comic that did the standup bit, probably Jerry Seinfield, but he was talking about people complaining about the price of postage. "You mean to tell me, you'll take this envelop from New York to California, in 3 days for $0.49? That's outrageous, what a ripoff" I had a guy needing some tooling for a stone job like yesterday. Everything fit in an 18x18x6 box, not much bigger than what the OP's package was, but it weight 45lbs and went UPS Next Day Air, Early AM, which is guaranteed by 8am next day. The plate and tooling cost him around $550, the shipping alone was another $360, but he called me around 2pm in the afternoon and had it before I woke up the next morning
