  3. Got the engine done and installed Frame is clear coated Scratched a new shock reservoir and gusset out of aluminium tube and sheet styrene.

  5. Back in the 80's I wanted one of these sooo bad I'd be dead by know if wishes came true... Anyways,... I finally found one that didn't kill the bank and won't kill me! Tamiya's 1/12th, 1983!! release First bike build so , just out of box. Back fender in clear as a test Gotta wait for colour to gas out Before clear as it did orange peel the rear fender The Tamiya kit includes enough detail to be presentable,... swapping out the clear plastic filter to something more durable,... Surprising amount of flash, sinks and filing to this kit...being Tamiya and all,.... but older, fast release (represents the '82 Honda)!! Spoke flash ,.... UGGH Anyway,.. having fun Cheers

  14. I always......! unpainted dry fits like forever getting glass,. interior ,...chassis fit,.. tape into place or white glue it Full mockups to make sure everything is going to fit like it should before I even start gluing anything Cheers

  17. A little more sanding filling sanding, Duplicolor primer sealer on this one ... Cut out the inner doors and starting on hinges Started engine , but ... its not a V-8!!,... so.. much research left to do ...! T and a wheel choice..? Body colour will be Racing yellow with Black air dam level, all around Low stripe and rear wing Thinking about smoothing the only vertical line on the car...... the door handles!!   20. I try 2000g WET gently sanding every nook clean (dish soap, warm water, old toothbrush) dry Tamiya fine polish... and clean (panel lines w toothbrush and water...) again dry then maquiars ultimate.... those lenses arent glued ,...are they?? Cheers
