Ferrari 312T4
Belugawrx replied to Belugawrx's topic in WIP: Other Racing: Road Racing, Land Speed Racers
Well, after much humming and hawing, I decided to mask off for some Duplicolor #CBHY1811 Nordic white...so there wont be problems later with semi opaque decals... I used the Indycals decals, cut to size as stencils, if you will Wish me luck -

Unfortunately, the RS10 raced the 312T4, not the Re20 (Tamiya,(1980)) A bit more done to this 312... Masked the pods and shot Alclad Semi gloss aluminum (ALC-116) , the skid rails and clamps were drawn on with a KRYLON silver leafing pen, and the whole thing touched with some Tamiya Black panel line All kinds of wiring still to add, electrics, clutch cables, kill switch wiring, battery cables!...so on we go... added an 'L' channel to the left side of the tub, clutch actuator and cable More to come c,c,&q's always welcome... Cheers -
Oooooo..Nice !

Out of the paint shop and mocked up to find where it is hung up..I swear I test fit this 50 times and it was all good...Oh well Dremel to the rescue The gap between side pods and upper body is my main concern...it seems to be hung on the top of the fuel tank. Cheers all -
