  6. Hey Pierre Since I've already done the Jody WR1, I'm sticking with the #11 T4 Although...I do have the Renault waiting in the wings, and a crazy thought of combining another T4 with that on a base appeals to me ...lol

  8. Wow! that is some intricate detailing.. looking good Chris
  9. Welp, I thought it was time to pull this one out and finally finish something... She's up on all fours, just a bit more plumbing to do, exhaust hold down springs, wire the instrument cluster, and on and on.. I wet sanded (1000g) the body shell and shot it with 3 coats of Duplicolor #CBVW2037 Tornado Red..I'll wait a couple of days and repeat the process. Glad to be back at the bench Cheers
  10. Well done Ray..I like the colour combo !
  11. Nice work Thomas, the steering wheel looks like real wood? I hate when I drop a freshly painted part on the floor.... Cheers
  12. My dad bought one of those back in my high school days...Igottasay, I hope you're going to do an engine swap...lol Not much progress on the Electra, I was wandering the aisles in Crappy Tire the other day looking for a colour to lay down on her and thinking, what would a '62 Buick look like....saw this And lo and behold, it matches closely to something on the 1962 Buick colour chart, Fawn Mist Iridescent......SOLD
  13. I built that one many moons ago, and it came out ok There are definitely proportion problems, like the roof being too long and tall and the rear quarters having a bit too much hip in them, but other than that, it's a GTO on my shelf !!
  14. Very nice Pierre ! The extra details in the engine compartment are great ! Cheers
  15. I've got this one and I haven't charged it in a month...I'll let you know when it goes dead ..lol
  16. Check out Micron Meters..I bought 3, 50' rolls of 34 awg single solid core wire for about $30
  17. Primer party !!! I used the rear rolled valance and the custom front end, cut the chrome grille and headlights from the chrome front bumper...mudded all into place Removed all side trim and badges
  18. Nice colour choice Bruce ! Kinda rings a bell...lol Nicely done Sir..Cheers https://hosting.photobucket.com/albums/p740/Belugawrx/IMG_3852800x585_zpse5e032df.jpg

  23. Well after a year of staring at this Buick, I might as well stare at it for another year.. lol I'll be in with the '62 Electra...I've cut the trunk open and started on figuring ride height, sanded off the side mouldings, and other than that, haven't touched it... Lets hope I can be just a bit more productive this year.
