1968 Chevelle Wheel Covers?
ChrisBcritter replied to Plashdaddy's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Closest you'll probably find are either the wire wheel covers from the AMT '66 Olds 442 convertible, or the ones from the Polar Lights '64 GTO. -

Once while channel surfing, I caught a scene from a Mexican or South American drama in which a gentleman was playing with a remote control Porsche 356. Another guy, apparently the villain, enters and says, "Do you remember when I smashed your toys when we were kids?" and starts to stomp on the car. Just as his foot hits it, the first man pushes a button on the remote, and the Porsche explodes, blowing the bad guy to bits.

A few items from my trip to Oregon last week. Willys Aero at a little hot rod shop in Madras: A few blocks away, at the Madras Air Museum (Erickson Collection): On Highway 97 southbound; someone had a very bad day at the dragstrip in this '34 3-window: Finally, I "spot"-ted this in Boron, CA: -

"Give the TV a rest." After my granddad's nice big color TV caught fire and burned up his living room, I had no trouble obeying that rule!

Over a year later, and after getting outbid on a couple others, I got an NOS hood: My actual model building is on hold for now; since I moved back to CA I've been working pretty much six days a week and where I live I don't really have a hobby space figured out yet - although everything is safely stored.
