  1. My step moms Cherokee sport has the bigfoot , and jeep logo . Theres a Moab map under the passenger compartment also, never knew what it meant till now . How fun the designer's were adding these Easter eggs
  2. Outstanding builds We've gotta take a road trip soon and photograph the Charmin trucks together
  3. Actually that's the issue I had , the tabs seemed to long to roll tightly together around the wire hinge . Guess I'll have to check out the video too
  4. Excellent paint work , interior really pops too
  5. I wish the fella was still doing business in the UK, he had perfect sized working hinges for rigs Premade glue on and go..some reason they discontinued them The etch ones are nice and work well once done. Mine took awhile to roll correctly and keep things moving
  6. Your making good progress ! Keep it up
  7. That's beautiful together
  8. Yep , it's new in a bag guess the box was damaged
  9. I have the bass boat from the gone fishing set , probably not the right theme your going for though
  10. Gorgeous car
  11. Very cool this will come in handy
  12. Whoot whoot is hump day !!! The bodies in paint and starting the clear process...2 coats right now and a dust nib lands right on the trunk lid lol Inca gold after 1 coat pulled the tape off immediately after and sent it back to booth for clear . The color is so amazing flopping between different colors time to allow it time to cure , and decide if more is needed
  13. I'd definitely be interested! PM me for for info please and thanks !
  14. Casey , it will be 1/25
  15. Sorry David ( espo) I didn't reply to your question about the adhesive for carpet. I used a brown paint from tamiya , brushing a small area at a time then dusting the embossing powder on. I figured if the powder was thin the paint would conceal it Thanks everyone for their feedback
  16. I'm planning a build and would like to use this style intake and double plug heads, but unsure where to find one Any help appreciated.
  17. No problem Tim glad to have ya along I started paint today, the roof and coves got a coat of diamond dust lacquer, followed by multiple coats of white lightning. The silver took a very long time to hide under the white. I wanted both to show thru , hoping to enhance the pearl. The diamond dust coat laid down beautifully the white lightning after 3 medium wet coats, I ended session at 5 , and it looks good and even the interior colors kept me awake, and finally settled on champagne gold w white accents.
  18. Inca gold, same color the exterior will be
  19. The body shop was busy today getting the body sanded and back into primer . It reveals more work ahead in a few spots , but glad it showed up before color ! Sorry for the messy background lol I used a goldish color embossing powder to replicate the carpet I sprayed the upholstery primer white , and not completely sure what color combo to paint it . I've looked at several photos of Pacer interiors , they seem to use main body color and accent , which would be gold and white ..what's everyone opinion? I originally thought shades of Tan, but would appreciate a few suggestions . Heres the door panels and dash for reference
  20. Thanks ! I actually have a can of Phoenician yellow , and will try the spoon test
  21. Look forward to your updates , the Viper is my absolute favorite car
  22. This combo is off the charts ! I cringed when you said how twisted everything was, but you massaged it into shape ! Fantastic work
  23. Well we're flying or crawling thru May, and still have several builders hammering away on their projects ! Keep up the great work everyone!
