Cheapest truck kit in my local model shop is £45 ($72) And that is the Revell Australian rig, which is on special offer. You can get them cheaper on line, but then they kill it with outragous postage costs. I thought I had a good deal on a Kenworth on Amazon, at £27. Then I looked at the postage - £18.50. It's the kind of stunt that gets pulled on e bay too. Sell it cheap and charge hugely for P&P

What I would like to build. 1. Ford Transit Mk1 (SWB or LWB) 2. Ford P100 (Cortina or Sierra shape) 3. Volvo 740 Turbo Estate 4. Vauxhall Astra GTE 5. Red Victor 3. Worlds fastest street legal car, with 3000 bhp on pump gas.

Read the same. Apparently the Red camaro's charger is from a train!

Years back when I built a Revell Beetle, it had the worst flash I had ever seen on a kit. It was if it had been designed so you had to cut out all of the parts from 1 piece of plastic!

Probably doesn't seem much of a bargain in Dollars, but we get charged through the nose for everything over here. An average AMT car kit is $40 - $50 and a truck kit $90 - $100 Don't even get me started on the price of petrol....

Paint looks a mile deep. Can't wait to see it pop in the sunlight.

Surely thats not right This is my best mate Stu's Scooby that he races in the HKS and Jap car drag series. 900 bhp on gas and his best time is 10.26. mpg is around 5 mpg Multi Supercharged truck engine is truly awesome wonder wether it's simply a feat of engineering, or going to be used in pulling? I reckon if it was, it could pull an entire city!

That is pretty amazing. You just know that an X5 or ML wouldn't get down the first street in that film.
