  2. so that's where i'm at so far, thanks for looking
  3. thanks guys, lots of progress over the last few days. color choice changed due to the way parts of the cab went together, mostly the aero top, didn't like the gaps, so went darker color to 'hide' them. so, here we go.... http://i856.photobucket.com/albums/ab121/tbilling1/Pete%20377/IMG_4929_zps7xuqzrad.jpg] http://i856.photobucket.com/albums/ab121/tbilling1/Pete%20377/IMG_4940_zpspzqbi0oe.jpg]
  4. jacobus, the color plan is a white and yellow combination with a fleet look to it.
  5. i cannot wait to see this one complete, you build some of the coolest stuff i have ever seen
  6. you've got untill monday, i wanna see an under glass post by mid day
  7. fantastic job! that's beautiful.
  8. frame is ready for primer, have most of the motor together and ready for primer, hope to start on the cab tonight.
  9. i guess the only rules would be 1} monthly updates, and 2} has to be a rig. on road, off road, clean, dirty, oob, complete resin, whatever, go nuts and have fun when we get closer to january, i will start another topic on this and see if i can get it pinned, then we will see where it goes this time around
  10. stock fleet on this one
  11. why not? i guess my thoughts were to get everyone fired up for build season [also called winter in some areas, lol], keep it fun, and keep everyone building, and maybe keep things a bit more lively thru the summer months. maybe even come spring we can start a snapper only build off, something cheap and quick for everyone to do. keep the ideas coming
  12. anyone interested in doing this again? no prizes or anything, but maybe a forum-wide vote for favorites? kind of a bragging rights thing? could use the same format of monthly updates, and we will just go from january first of next year to december 31st, full year, and build whatever you want, snappers included. any thoughts?
  13. this looks even better in person, superb build.
  14. I thought I commented on this as well, what a beauty! excellent build, just perfect!
  15. next project on the bench, will be paired with the new flat bed from Double Take Replicas found a paint scheme I want to do, simple fleet looking deal, you'll see that eventually
  16. thanks guys Gator, for the trailer, just get all the cross beams the same length, the rest of it is straight forward. for the detachable neck part i used super glue. anything that attached to the trailer main rails i also used super glue, for the rest of it, being that it was plastruct, i used liquid glue [bondene i think it is].
  17. good looking rig, the singles look great on it.
