  1. Closet Ford fans.
  2. Nice work Howard! Glad you had fun.
  3. Nice work, great subject! That overhead shot (you can see the carbs) and those wheels are killer.
  4. Amazing work Karsten, those are truly beautiful. What model kit(s) did you use?
  5. Nice build, I bet those rear vents were a pain to detail. One of my all time favorite body designs.
  6. I like it. That car just screams summertime. The wheels and tires look very nice.

    Nice work Lee.
  8. Very nice, I had one of these 1:1 long ago. Rick, how was this kit to work with?
  9. Nice job Mark!
  10. Nice job, great pics. Clifford, Did you make your own photo tent?
  11. Thanks Kevin, it's got attitude, there's more to come in that area. At this point I'm getting it ready to undercoat the body.
  12. Nice comparisons Tim, the Revell car looks very close to the R & M car.
  13. Great work Pat, let your mind wonder.
  14. Great looking build Marcos, I love those '57 Fords! (So did American car buyers in 1957). The engine bay detail looks 1:1 from here. Did you use just a basic 'black' wash on the wheels? They fit the build well.

  17. Kevin, given all the fitment issues this kit has with the body/tub to frame, I'm lucky it's not worse. Thanks Ace, 'slow and steady. I'm happy with the overall progress.
  18. Thanks for the positive words gentlemen. Here's what I've got with the initial fit. As you can see the stacks don't line up perfectly square within the hood cutout, but , it's not crooked, or tilted, side to side, I can live with that. Ace, you can see in the rear shot those tabs for the rear panel fit perfectly around the frame, I didn't even think about that! (thickness of tabs) , the frame just slid right in place, wow , I lucked out. Let me know what you think.
  19. Those builds look great Tim. I love the turquoise one. That engine color with the black and white just kills.

That is an interesting (in a good way) color Lee. I love that body style, it looks like it's going fast standing still.
  21. Thanks Kevin, those stacks are such a central part of this kit, I had to do something with them. I have some nice spun aluminum stacks from 'Speed City Resin, but , the kit stacks where just easier for me to get in place. The Alclad adds a lot of realism to them. Okay, here's where I'm at now; everything is attached and touched up, ready for the final push,........putting that body on, and , seeing how things line up. Should have pics of the results some time today.
  22. Looks very good Rob. Nice colors, they work very well.
  23. Looking great Steve, this is gonna be a beauty, love that body style, very cool.
  24. Thanks Andy, it was Kevin. There was a bug on my interior earlier, flew over by my PC, weird.
