  1. Good stuff so far Kevin! Looking forward to more..........
  2. Can't beat that! More please................
  3. LOL!! Probably not but one of those digital receiver antennas from a newer model Tahoe might be the ticket. Hadn't thought about it though.
  4. Richard: Yes sir and throwing in a cooler and a case of beer too. lol Del & Steven: Thanks for the tips and for dropping in. Folks this gets more do-able by the day. I've got the bulk of it test fitted here and everything is clearing the roof line so far. A couple of shots: This is where things had to be adjusted a bit. The firewall was sitting to low from the rear of the body line at the rear of the engine bay opening causing a gap between the firewall and the body. I shimmed it up a little to close the gap up. I've already test fitted the body and I'm in good shape so far. Hope to get a little more done over the long weekend. P.S. Just in case anybody spotted it....I am working on the front wheel center caps. There aint no way I'm going to leave those things as is!
  5. x 2. Keep it coming Steve.
  6. Nice work! Love the details.
  7. Good work under the hood!

  11. Hahahaha!!! Thanks Carl! You find me a lit lava lamp and I will throw it in there. lol
  12. Hate to hear that. If you're like me I should have bit the dust a long time ago given half of the crazy stuff I used to do.
  13. Thanks Carl! There's some change up for the "entertainment room" in the back. Well as some of you might've figured from the get go......that big couch aint going to work! I had my blinders on early on but reality hit. It was too tall and took up way too much room in the back. . I even trimmed out the bottom of it so the wheel tub would fit up inside the bottom of the couch and it was still too tall. I broke out the OOB front bench seat and trimmed it out in the area at the center of the couch where the transmission hump cut out was and have it primed so far. I also tossed the coffee table from the equation as the TV was sitting up too high and would've hit the roof. I replaced that with a section of clear plastic from Evergreen and painted it black on the back side to give it that "black glass" look. I'm currently working on the L angled two legs for the front of the table. I believe this....is more doable. I still have to carpet the side of the R/H wheel tub but I'm makin' some progress anyhow.
  14. I'll be tuning in to that!!! That car body looks great!!!
  15. Great planning Kevin. There's nothin' like experience to draw from.
  16. You need to copyright this thing Steve.......really. The kit manufacturers could learn a thing or two from this. I, for one, would really like to see this one in kit form!
  17. Hahaahahahaha!!! Wooo Hoooo! Mayan that looks the part Rich!!! Nice touch!!
  18. Thanks Greg! Now...............if I can ever get some more bench time...........

Dang Luis!!!! That looks fantastic! I really like the weathering on this build!!!!! Superbly done.
  23. I'm doing the same thing you are as I haven't been able to get on here at all at work until today. Once I'm home I don't usually stop till about 9:30 or so and at that point I'm just ready for a bath and then bed. And with my wife waking up in the middle of the night lots of times I just want to sleep in ...............
  24. We'll have to bust out with tha Spartan Cheerleaders to egg you on.
