Thanks guys. I don't have a subscription to either. I only subscribe to one magazine because I punished myself for years with multiple subscriptions and literally ran out of room to keep them all. But if there are issues of magazines I know to look out for, then I will usually pick them up off the newsstand if they're available.

So I'm still relatively new/naive to the model car show coverage in the magazines of the scale world and was curious to know if they all have different "schedules" as far as showing the show coverage? Mainly this magazine and the "other" one. I'm sorry if I'm crossing any boundaries with this question but I didn't really know how else to ask it. I have attended a few shows recently and earlier this year where some of my builds were photographed by magazines. I know it's no guarantee to get it in the magazine but I'd like to know what month I need to be looking out for just in case so I dont miss out. It might be asking a lot but if anyone happens to see my builds in a magazine could they let me know by some chance? I was at the Cincinnati challenge in April, the SCIMA show in Columbus, Indiana in late September, the NNL in toledo, and the CARBS show in Dayton recently. If this topic is not allowed, I apologize, please let me know. Or if you have the answers, please PM me. Thanks folks Jesse

Hopefully it doesnt have a sunroof that has let 3 or 4 gallons of water sit in the rear floor boards. Lol! Many years ago a friend of mine was going to buy a shelby charger from a hole in the wall back woods "car dealer" and it had been spray painted flat black except for the shelby stripes... and when we went to get in it, the rear floor pans were literally an aquarium up to the top of the trans tunnel. It was a turbo car too, but was a complete turd since the turbo was toast.

No, sadly. I've been working on a lot of my new kits instead of my rebuilders. But it's on the list. I'm working on the Crusher Camaro now, but I havent touched it in a few weeks. I also have to finish the General Mayhem as well. Soon.... Maybe after the Crusher is finished...

I always hoped to meet him too. Even though I knew time was running out. I'm sad that the opportunity is now gone. I wish I could have met him and told him how I really like the vehicles he designed/built.
