  1. The Dremel I mounted in it is a variable speed and of all the ones I have it has the least sideplay in the shaft. I know in machining that rigidity plays a big part in the quality of work so I am trying to make as rigid as I can
  2. My Model Club (S.A.B.A.) had their annual Club Auction earlier this month. People bring in stuff they don't want and auction it off with the money going into the Club. I picked up this Dremel drill press and a nice Pin Vise and cutter board for $3. I have done some machining and know this has it's limitations, but plan on using it drilling, sanding and some light milling work. I have ordered a micro vise and adjustable table for it. Anybody have any experience using one any tips or advice is welcomed Thanks Jon
  3. Well I am very impressed .Very professional looking.
  4. Found some pics
  5. Tommy Ivo (a friend of Norms) actually snuck into Norms garage and took measurements and information from the "T" to built his Bucket.
  6. To answer my own question, the Showboat kit includes the back window for the Victoria top.
  7. A current link would be handy
  8. Mine is the iconic "Kookie's T" built by Norm Grabowski. Arguably considered the "Birth" of the Bucket T. (your results may vary)
  9. I would be more interested in a 1/4 Midget and trailer

  13. I have recently inherited a couple partial Futura kits. Not sure if I have enough parts to build one but have been thinking about what I might put the bubble roof and/or fins on.
  14. I haven't decide yet what I am going to do with it yet. I know I am going to rob it of the Custom roof and maybe some other custom parts for the 49 Custom Coupe project I have coming up.
  15. Looked thru my kit first of all you get a nifty little box \ Options for customizing front and rear Molde in exhaust Choice of top up or top down or custom half top Some plastic two piece slicks some nice printed rubber slicks and witewalls with wide on one side and narrow on the other Some nice chrome with mag wheels and beauty trim rings, custom stuff and a dual air horn assorted decals
  16. That may be right. The only kit my brother had that was a Roth was a Rat Fink I didn't see his box but none on line had anything about a patch included
  17. What the world really needs is a magnet for plastic.
  18. I found the same patch minus the "Revell" logo on the Roth website, It is a iron-on patch but I am not sure when they started doing iron-ons.
  19. I was recieved this yesterday and I am trying to figure out where it first appeared. I am thinking it may have been an extra included in a Revell/Roth kit. Any information on it and what other extra were included with kits ?
  20. Still sorting my Step Brothers stuff and there is a bunch Polar Lights kits (Batman and Back to the Future and Figure stuff). What the story on Polar Lights ? Thanks
