  1. Ah. It's been a whole since I've read anything about it. Mine is 16k ram.
  2. Headlights and steering! The frame is still rough. I attribute this to (a) not having putty, (2) not caring, and (c or 5) it's gonna be a bit rusty anyways. Going to make the seat tonight, possibly paint O__o
  3. What, you don't have serial cables ready right now? *shame on you*
  4. Change your OS and get internet! http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/classics-rock/surf-the-web-on-your-commodore-64/ I wish my Tandy was Y2K compliant. Still, 1914 is alright.
  5. Noooo! What happened to it?
  6. Look at my tag line. My laptop is better than yours! It's a 1985 Tandy 200, and I believe it's a 16 bit. This is how I got into programming. I traded my SNES for it, and it's worth it. Yes, that's a cassette port. I don't have the cable for it, though. Dang! Any other vintage computer guys out there?
  7. Reattached the grille, with a radiator now. Beefed up the frame, as you can see. __________________________^ We'll put the PTO here! Right here!
  8. ^ what he said!
  9. Anybody know someone who works at the Louvre? Get them to put this in there! Actually I suppose you'd wanna keep this around and pull it out to brag when the in-laws come over!
  10. That's a good point. I haven't seen any new tools of theirs from what I've been looking at, just re-releases. [Edited for "hood point" > ]
  11. That's why more than ever you need a Tom Hagen in your operation.
  12. Yeah, I was thinking that! just ran out of plastic, though. This tractor is what I'm planning on being a piece of historical fiction, something with a fake backstory and whatnot. I was just told it was a Cummins engine in here. It was from a White Freightliner, so the engine is anachronistic. I'm thinking fifties or sixties styling on this, mostly because of the tricycle front end. Also decided to scrap the bucket idea because a trike tractor with a fully loaded bucket is NOT cool to drive.
  13. Thanks, Clayton! Much appreciated.
  14. It was from an AMT White Freightshaker. It's currently in a tractor XD
  15. Currently working... Added an exhaust pipe, steering spindle, and a possible grille idea. Yay for productivity!
  16. I certainly wouldn't want to see what that might unleash left on its own XD
  17. I don't see an edit button. Where is it?
  18. I have no idea... Help?
  19. Got Loctite last night, which was delaying my builds. Changed the frame on this to just Evergreen. The rear wheels won't be duallies, just singles. I don't know if I'll make custom wheels or not. Thoughts? Comments? Color suggestions? I was thinking a Case Orange and Tan or Oliver Red and Green.
  20. Besides, when I get a new kit I start working on it that day. I don't let it sit in the box. I'd prefer to be going on it and have a car to work on while another is in paint.
  21. Well, maybe the earlier sportscar version, without big ugly tail lights and with headlight covers would be nice.
  22. If you like that Posie's one, look at the LEOPARD PRINT INTERIOR :barf:
  23. If you're still wondering about the seats, use two conflicting kinds of paint to make it craze.
