Holiday weekends often make for extra bench time, so I just about finished this one up. 69 Nova, hood and engine from a Revell 1963 427 Corvette convertible. Wheels and tires from my PB. Tamiya TS-19 Blue, cut up red decals and some different shade washes. (Need better lighting.) I need to still do a few things under the hood and will post those pictures later. Thanks for looking.

At some what of a request, I put this together from a 1/25 scale AMT 36 Ford. Quartered and sectioned, reworked the fenders and of course Deal himself for that short track attitude!

Thanks for the comments. The intake and carbs are from the Revell 67 Corvette conv. kit #85-4087.

The paint is TS-19 Tamiya. The hood I made by cutting the scoop from a Corvette hood and molding it on the Nova hood. Thank you for the interest.

Looks pretty good... Removing the mold lines on the exhaust would go a long way.

I have been pretty busy this week, but did find time to get something done. In keeping with the Grand Sport theme I added the red stripes and also clear coated the body. I'll polish this up some and leave it sit while I work on the interior. And as always thanks for looking...

Really like the old school customs and this is no exception! some fine modeling on this project.
