  1. Unfortunately that would be me and yes I wake myself up sometimes!
  2. First week went well, helping out at the old Owens Corning Fiberglass building in Toledo. A 30mil renovation. Just learning how they do things really. Hotel life is no life at all but once I start my own project I'll have better options for housing. No build time so far though, but I don't seem to mind! I check in here daily...
  3. I enjoy watching your builds come together.

    Superb!
  5. Thanks, I'll have to see about a duo someday.
  6. Nothing simple but is amazing ?
  7. Thank you!
  8. That would be the plan...
  9. Thanks again...
  10. THX guys, I will be working in Lancaster, Ohio just south east of Columbus.
  11. Outstanding models!
  12. Thx guys, one thing I didn't mention. I built this style so I could enter it in "Open Wheel Compition Class" and still tell a story without having to enter in the diorama class. Those military guys are tough!
  13. I just wanted to announce that my modeling will be some what limited for a while. I never make a big deal about things on the web. But after almost six months of unemployment I am pleased to say I am returning to the work force! I will be a Project Superintendent for a large construction company, building projects throughout the mid-west. I'll most likely be in the same location for a year at a time, making home on weekends. Once settled I hope to set up a temporary work bench. But in the mean time I'll be checking in as much as possible. Thanks to all the members here... Best regards James.
  14. Back in the last days of many short track arena's they were left to their own demise or redevelopment. Along with the loss of the tracks many race cars were also abandoned and forgotten. Often times they were dismantled piece by piece or just left exactly as they were when retired. This one is a tribute to those cars that still remain behind Granddads shed, Service station or in a field somewhere. Like many race cars it stated out as one style, but was re-skinned with an old Chevy body. It has some missing parts, a flat tire, some tools and carb. Lots of rust and debris and a few nests I'm sure. At least the engine was covered! I'm happy to finish this it's been a WIP for to long. As always thanks for looking and your comments are welcome, +/- !
  15. Thanks Dave, your work inspires me to do better!
  16. Thanks Ace, I am pleasantly surprised at how well the Mustang roof lined up. It is a little narrower and if I had a early 67 Charger it may have been better yet. The 63 Fastback Nova was pretty unsightly!
  17. I graphed the cowl from a Revell 69 Nova to a flat Camaro hood.
  18. Small update...
  19. This was suppose to be a club build, Dailly Driver. I missed the deadline miserably but will persevere. Totally jacked up drag style suspension, Hot SB Chevy, gloss black on black. Thanks for looking
  20. Please finish!
  21. Traditionally #1, but you Rod has a modern look to it. #3 would look ok as well. Looks like a nice clean build so far.
  22. Most guys are trying to put louvers on, you file them off! Could you send them to me please? It is looking good...
  23. THX
