I like it too! I would ask why the chrome drip rail but not the belt line?

  13. Thanks guys, that's a wrap for this one can be seen in under glass....
  14. This started as a $5 swap meet bomb, I was very reluctant to do the chop for all the reason we have heard. To hard, not necessary, You'll screw it up.... But for five bucks and some styrene nights I think it turned out pretty good. It is by no means perfect or close for that matter, but... I think I have learned enough to attempt another chop on a Revell kit this time... I took about a 3" chop on the roof, the skirts or from my stash of vintage wheel skirts the wheels are from my parts box. The blue is a mix of Tamiya Mica Blue and clear over silver and the white is TS Racing White. It is a slammer for the sake of finishing it up and moving on to the next project. I added my own chrome trim and drip edge also.
  15. In an attempt to finish another one, I have got things close to mounting windows and buttoning this up. It has jumped the shark though and become a slammer, with no chassis detail or engine...
  16. Looking good, I'm liken your technique also.
  17. That looks pretty good, nice job. It is interesting how many different ways this car can be built!
  18. Very Cool and impractical, but that is the point of a show rod right!
