Not sure if this is in here but here goes.

I painted it then when bringing it out of the booth, I scraped the top of the trunk on the upper edge of the booth. I tried to touch it up and went too hard at it and caused a sag. So then I thought I should wipe it off, so it is in the pond. If I had let it dry, I likely could have touched it up after a light sanding. Painting bodies is the part of modelling I like the least.

It is a paint problem.

Picked a light color. Decided to start with the body. as you can see, I am true to form.

Now that I have the green, I started painting it.

When it rains it pours, a second Merlin has come in. This one is in a lot worse shape. The Boss said "Oh boy, Oh boy."

FTB has received a Rolls Royce Merlin engine. This is a resin copy of the Airfix Mosquito's with a home made supercharger cast from the Trumpeter Spitfire's. Wrong supercharger for the Mosquito, but the only one I had.

Your curved coving looks good. The whole thing looks good.

I regret not having bought that one as well. I looked at it many times but always put it back until it was too late.

Just realized looking back on this, they would NEVER haul convertibles with the top down. Sheesh!
