  1. I put the three trucks over in the truck place. Here are the cars. I don't know if restorations count. Two of them are just that...rebuilds.
  2. Dennis, those are astounding! How long is the C500 rig? 3 feet?
  3. Thanks John. I'm waiting for a 258 I'm trading for. The 304 will likely wind up being another display engine.
  4. I'm almost ashamed to put mine here .Nice stuff here. . I have three as well.
  5. Love it. That scraper blade is outstanding. I built that tractor eons ago. I wonder where it ended up.
  6. Merci Marc. Tonight, all I did was put the roll bar back together. That was a challenge in itself.
  7. Straightened the hoist Cylinder (3 photos above). Started detailing the body, turn signals, dash, fender rubbers etc. Two small gauges left to do.
  8. I have acquired four Euro engines on eBay. I have ID'd them up to a point. Can anyone tell me the power rating of those engines? Mercedes Actros (Italeri 715)Mercedes OM, looks like a 502LAMAN 2.321 (Italeri 756)DAF 2800 (Italeri 781)
  9. Detailed and added the wheels. Body with the second go-around. No wrinkling this time. This blue is closer to what mine was. I added another picture of it below which is more representative than the ones in the first post.
  10. Albsolutely beutiful & relistic. I am jealous of your weathering techniques.
  11. Nicely done. I can see another passion developing with the stash overtaking the built-ups.
  12. I went to write my post and that was there and I couldn't remove it. I shut evrything down, rebooted and it was still there. So I put my post in anyway. I tried to delete that but couldn't.
  13. Four engines, 2 Mercedes, I MAN, 1 DAF. Direct from Thessaloniki.
  14. Thanks John. I couldn't tell you what kit it was. I never paid attention to where they were from and I never keep boxes. But it could be. Now that I'm on here, I think I might have been better to at least keep a list or save the box covers.
  15. Painted some detail on the chassis parts. Started on the blue. Had to re-dip the main body as the blue reacted with the primer which was different. Should have known better.
  16. The steel wheels are noticeably smaller than the kit's. Played with shortening the axle stubs and adding spacers to get the right spacing. I think they'll look pretty much like the ones on my Jeep did.
  17. Neither did I Jurgen until Terry Hymel (SuperPeterbilt) told me. I was going to attempt a scratchbuild.
  18. Welcome aboard. Coming along nicely for a second career start. I can see we will be watching your work.
  19. This is how she sounds. https://youtu.be/cgaH_De6GnQ
  20. Tried it, it works. thanks guys.
  21. Actually, the tire marks DO overwhelm the rest. I wonder how I could tone them down. By rubbing with graphite like I did in the engine shop maybe.
