  1. Stan that's awesome! Carl, I think that's the engine from the Nova, see the hideous blue plastic on the heads and water pump?
  2. That's cool! Great job!
  3. I've had a exacto knife in my hand since age 5. My dad told me, if you mess around with this, you'll get hurt, so don't mess around with it. He taught how and when to use it and also what to do if I did happen to cut myself. I've sliced open my forefinger twice, thumb 5 or 6 times and the webbing in between my thumb and forefinger, luckily I missed the tendons and stuff, somehow. Recently, I've dropped a dentist tool and it went on top of my foot, through my jeans and sock. That really, really hurts! I would not recommend. lol. Just tell your kid, hey, if you mess around with this stuff, you're going to get hurt. And if you do get hurt, do yadda yadda and yadda yadda. Just let them know, this can hurt you if you don't respect it. And if they can't handle it, give them the sprue cutters and a file. And then try again later.
  4. Great job Dominik! Amazing build and diorama! Make sure you post it in the Dioramas section!

Cool build, lost me at the wing, but like you said, better than throwing the model away...
  6. Back when stock cars were stock cars, great build.
  7. I love the old nascars... Excellent build.
  8. Very cool orange, good see some difference from the red, blue and black!
  9. Interesting interior... You could tell it's the seventies, man.
  10. That's a monstrous turbo... Power windows and all! Wow. Can't wait to see how you do the turbo!
  11. Pretty sharp Byron. The wheels really fit it.
  12. Great model! That's a lot of Shelbys. The only years I don't like are the 71-78, those are the ugliest Mustangs...
  13. Cool! Can't wait to see this thing with both doors open Decided on a color yet?
  14. Looks sweet, great job, what's next lol
  15. It would be hard, but you could do it. Javelins have longer wheelbases, a larger rear quarter window, different curves (look at the rear wheelwell of the AMX vs the Javelin, the AMXs bodyline matches with the wheel well curve, but the Javelin doesn't) The AMX has a indention behind the rear quarter window, Javelin doesn't.. And here's the really big one. The AMX has a straight edge going from the roof to the bumper, but the Javelin has a dip or two and the roof is also higher, making room for the rear seat... Lots and lots of subtle differences. OH and the Javelin has 4 seats, that should really give it away!! Here's a '68 AMX and here's a '68 Javelin It'd be really hard. Especially if there's one next to you. AMC guys seem to gravitate to one another hahah
  16. Wooowww That is really good, took a little to find it, but I did.. wow that is sharp. Hard to believe that's the Jo-Han kit! I also can't believe the other PP AMX was paint black.. I believe the other one was either restored before, during, or after my dad's friend got the other one... He has 5 or 6 AMXs, a couple Javelins.. Only the BB paint options had the body color bumpers, normal paint had the chrome bumpers. Most people don't know that, so when (and if) they build a BBB, BBG, or a BBO, they leave the chrome bumpers on and that's wrong. I've seen it done with 1:1s. So either that car is a false BB car, or those are replacement bumpers.
  17. Cool truck, great job on the weathering!
  18. Jim the inner door detail is awesome! I hope the passenger side will go smoothly! Is this car going to be LHD or RHD?
  19. Great build! Did you lower the stance of it at all? It looks pretty accurate..
  20. Can't wait to see how you do the intercooler plumbing, this build is coming right along!
  21. That's really cool. Good detail, too!
  22. Cool! I take you only drag race?
