  1. Fawlty towers, great show
  2. Cutting a piece of flat styrene with my trusty dremel and saw blade, slipped and cut into my right index finger knuckle, right down to the bone Chuck, superglue works great. I sealed the injury above with it
  3. Went to the local goodwill store and bought some games. I think 10 games for 12 bucks isn't too bad, including some games that I played when I was 8 or 9 . Aahhh, memories
  4. I love it!
  5. Went to the mall to get some food for dinner, paid and walked out. When I got home I was looking where I put the groceries, only to realize that I left them on the roof of my car so I could open the car. Boy, the person behind me would need to get his car cleaned...
  6. Snake Alice cooper - poison
  7. Thanks Tom! I've got a bit of experience on how to do the job. While it's not something that everyone would do, I find it rather rewarding to just have a little chat with the people after I picked them up and help them with the stuff they want to do there. At the last place I worked, I worked with people with similar problems, and I loved to tell some jokes so they've got something to laugh about when we were on the road. Lucas.
  8. Company that I wanted to work for called today... Guess who's hired! I now have the privilege to drive people with a disability to a sort of day care (don't know what it's called in English) and assist them with activities! Made my week ?
  9. Hi Martin, thanks for the info. Might buy one myself. Hi Martin, thanks for the info. Might buy one myself.
  10. I thought I saw that monobrow before, and I was right apparently...
  11. You sir, are correct!
  12. I've been driving all night, hands wet on the wheel. There's a voice in my head that drives my heel. My baby call said I need you here, it half past four and I'm shifting gears. One of my all time favorites!
  13. Hi Ray, welcome aboard. I'm down in the deep south of the country. By the way, are you by any chance the Ray that has a shop named Rays Auto's? Lucas.
  14. Hi Ludwig, welcome aboard! You mentioned you live near a base, any chance that base is Teveren? If so, you're about 10 miles east of me. Lucas.
  15. Hi Martin, great to have another dutchie here! I haven't seen that Econoline before, is it a nice kit to build? Lucas.
  16. For us it's the other way around GeeBee, due to the pound being worth more than the Euro, it makes more sense to order on the continent. I've been looking at Model Factory Hiro and their prices for kits and parts are allright, but what kills it is the shipping to my door. That being said, I will probably order some time in the future, but only if I can't find it here for a reasonable price. Lucas.
  17. Casey, we have open borders in Europe, at least postalwise. If I decide to import parts from let's say, Japan, there's a very real possibility that my package gets picked out for inspection. In Europe, I can order from all of the EU countries without import fees. Only thing is that the shipping could be very expensive depending on what company you use. Lucas.
  18. Snake, you're right. Song is called How you remind me.
  19. Never made it as a wise man, I couldn't count it as a poor man stealing. Tires of livin' like a blind man, I'm sick of sight without a sense of feelin'
  20. Hi matthijs. I know Domino, ordered from them before but I find their site difficult to navigate. They sure have nice stuff but I don't see a lot of resin or hop up parts. Maybe I'm being a numbnut and not looking in the right places. Lucas.
  21. Hi GeeBee, I'm looking for wheels, engine parts, and some various bits and pieces. I want to start on smaller stuff to see how it works out for me. Thanks. Lucas.
  22. Hi guys. I hope this is in the right section, if not please move to the right one. I've been slowly looking into the resin stuff, but I'm a bit reluctant to buy in the states because customs always picked my package out (Bought RC parts several times). I always had to pay about 50 bucks to get my parts so I'm not looking forward to that again. My question is: Does anyone know shops that make/sell resin stuff in 1/24 and 1/25 in Europe? Thanks in advance, Lucas.
  23. Went for a job interview today, and it's about 85-90 percent certain that I'm hired! I desperately want to get back to a working enviroment so this is very welcome
