  1. Trust me, I've been pulled over enough times to know what a police car looks like
  2. We used to have some cool police cars over here, nowadays they got their Volkswagens.
  3. Haha, it's not that fast in comparison to most of the people I play with. I usually just tune some drag/drift cars and make some vinyls! Yours is lightning quick though, couldn't keep up with you around Catalunya.
  4. Xbox One user here, Play some Forza Horizon and Motorsport 7, Gamertag is NL Lucas 045
  5. Gearbox went out on my car, good thing I bought a parts car a couple of weeks back though...
  6. This is an older one, but it's the first (and probably last) time that I got a nice smooth black paintjob. No polishing, just paint and clear.
  7. This is on the workbench right now, but the last time I touched it was saturday... Got some paint on, still waiting for nice weather to clear Lots to do on the engine too.
  8. Thanks, I've been trying to get that same look for a while without result. Definately gonna try that out on some scrap seats. Lucas.
  9. I absolutely love the weathering you have done, fantastic work! How did you paint the rear seat? Looks very convincing. Lucas.
  10. I always liked the Austin-Healey Sprite (Bug Eye). Great little cars. I did some voluntary work at a classic car garage here in town, and they had an original Triumph TR4 factory racer that they serviced. Everything looked as if it just left the factory yesterday, and the best part is that it's driven on Spa Francorchamps and the Nurburgring quite frequently. I had a picture of it on my old phone, forgot to back up all my data and next thing you know, the screen popped while laying it down on the car seat... bummer.

  12. I admit I did a image search on google, kind of interested myself. I'll see what I can come up with
  13. People who throw their freaking cigarettes out of the car, causing a fire at the side of the road. Glad I had my fire extinguisher in the car... People should put their smokes out in the ashtray in the car, not throw them out thinking "Ah, it'll be fine, nothing will happen"...
  14. Roofrails came in today! Didn't think they were going to show up anymore... Unfortunately one is a bit broken (Button to in- or decrease the width has been snapped off by the previous owner) but heck, what can you expect for 12,50?
  15. Got my new blackhousings this morning. Now I cam finally get rid of the old, leaky, faded ones!
  16. Foundry looks great! My brother is making one too, but he can't seem to get the mixture right leaving it kinda "soft". Can you give me the right amounts of sand, water and plaster?
  17. Flea market find, the Citroen and Kenworth are started, and the F50 and Mack are NIB. not a bad score for under 15 bucks
  18. Finally found out why the Mitsu was running so bad. Turns out my throttle body was very (very, very, very) dirty. Cleaned it and she runs like a dream!
  19. Quick update on my car. Got my coilovers a week ago. Box said it would lower it about 5,5 cm. When I installed them and put it on all fours again, it was more like a 12-14 cm drop. This is how it was: And after installing the coilovers: I'm driving on my old set of steelies at the moment since I still need to refurbish my alloys 15" wheels. I also bought a complete interior from the luxury edition of this model, which I can pick up tomorrow.
  20. I did one of these last year, decent kit. The hinges on the doors are a bit fiddly, and mine came out of the box broken, so I glued the doors shut. Here,s mine.
  21. My haul from the Intermodellbau in Dortmund yesterday: Got a couple of kits I didn't plan to get, but it's better to have something in the stash than to buy a new kit over and over again.
  22. And what do you mean with "Playing"? I know that those buggers are legal, as long as you submit a flight plan, and notify the owner of the property/land you're going to fly above. If they're "playing" with them, they're breaking the law since they have to have permission to fly above your property. But if they're working on a case which may or may not involve narcotics, they're allowed to use them. The main difference is that the police ones have some kind of sensor which picks up unusual heat spots on roofs or somewhere else. Ofcourse, it's still strange that they have the privilege to do as they please... Lucas.
