  1. I kid you not! I was thinking about wanting a '65 or '66 Mustang coupe just this past week. I've NEVER had one in all my years of modeling! Then this thread shows up, and it's just what I would like to have. I'll be picking one up sometime soon! Thanks for the reviews!
  2. That's a beauty! Very classy!
  3. Talk about realistic! That is a very nice build! Such detail! Congrats!
  4. I totally agree! This is looking great!
  5. Great looking room! Are you going to build them all?
  6. Good to know that there are couples that stay together! Congratulations to the both of you!
  7. A real beauty! I love cars from this era. Youhave done a great job!
  8. I have a cardboard box that old glue bombs and abandoned projects are stored. I call it "the YARD"...as in scrap yard. I use it for parts, but I love to find something in there I haven't seen in a long while, and get the itch to make something out of it. I never throw any model stuff out! Glad to hear you're seeing this one through to the end.
  9. Super clean! You made great choices with the colours, inside and out! Are those door locks I see? Nicely done!
  10. Nice work Sam! It sure has that old workhorse look! The front bumper is great....takes me back a few years.
  11. Quite the project! Hope you every success with this.
  12. That looks good!
  13. You have a nice group of models started, I wouldn't know which one I'd start on, but they're ALL worthy of being finished! I like the wagon a lot!
  14. Great looking model! I walked the line on whether I liked the Avanti or hated it, but after seeing your lovely work, I've decided that they are a very cool car! BTW, I once owned '61 Hawk and loved it!
  15. Good colour choice Jim! Nice detail in the engine bay also! Plus, I'm a sucker for wide whites, which suit this truck.
  16. The car looks great! Waiting to see it "under glass"!
  17. Everything is looking really good! Hang in there!
  18. Super nice build!
  19. I agree with Espo. Especially the ďark metallic grey fenders.....might look killer!
  20. Your previous builds look great Ray! The wheels for your new build are lookin' sharp! Any idea for colour?
  21. I entered the contest way back in 1991 with a custom '49 Mercury. Back then, they accepted mail-in entries, which was how my model got there. I was given instructions on how to pack the model for safe transport, which I followed to the letter. I was a nervous wreck for the time it was away from me! However, it returned just the way I had shipped it! I was so happy to see the model back in perfect condition! My hat is off to Mark and anyone that had any contact with it! I couldn't have been more pleased! Very professional handling by all. And it didn't hurt to be a winnerin the custom category either. Oh yeah, being Canadian, the carton had to go through customs, which really freaked me out, but no harm done! I would love to go there, but I wear a Timex, not a Rolex!
  22. Really nice work! Hope you enjoy your stay here! BTW..... I really like your 1st Mustang!
  23. Good looking woodie! Yes, more photos please!
  24. Good for her...looks great! Unusual colour, but very attractive!
