  1. Beautiful Kenworth John. Visor and mufflers are excellent add-ons. Just did the same kit myself. Did you cut the slanted tips on the back end of the frame? I am thinking on doing just that.
  2. They should put those in every STOP sign.
  3. Thanks Mark. The thin gold lines are very delicate but with care they are doable. The gold lines running beside the blue and red lines are attached as one so there's no problem there. The rest goes easy. The top of the hood and the frame around the sleeper windows are painted gold.
  4. Thanks John. You know what?, I saw your son's build some time ago somewhere on the net (maybe here) and that inspired me to start my own Kenworth.
  5. Thanks Jim B. The thin gold lines gave me a hard time but the others went pretty easy.
  6. Hi neighbor! Welcome to the forum. I'm from Central Florida also. Angel
  7. Love the 1/18 scales. I also have the Beanstalk F-150, same color.
  8. Hey Juan, Have you noticed your car is a little rusted? Great job on that Corolla. I lived in Caguas (Bairoa) many years by the way.
  9. 1/25 scale
  10. Hi from Orlando Arthur! Maybe we are neighbors. I'm in Orlando also. Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to hang out. Angel
  11. Steven, those logos look great!
  12. Thank you Leo. I've been wondering about it. That's how I'm going to paint them then.
  13. The truck in the picture above (my first post on this thread) does not have Alcoa wheels in the back. Does anybody know what wheels are those and what color?
  14. Sorry, wrongly posted.
  15. WOW! Great photos. Thank you guys! I'll post the finished truck when I'm done. The decals are on the way, from Model Truckin. And got the kit last night at my local Hobby Lobby with 40% off
  16. Did you scratch build the lift axle? It looks good. The whole chassis looks good.
  17. Thank you all. I'm planning to paint the chassis flat black (as a primer) and then paint it gold to make the gold a little darker.
  18. Then gold it goes. Thanks James,
  19. What color is the chassis of this Bicentennial edition? I'll be starting the Revell W-900 kit with these color scheme soon. Any tips or advice is welcome.
  20. Thank you guys. These Alcoas and tires are from the Freightliner COE kit (except the third axle wheel). The third axle is from a Revell Kenworth front. The support arms are from a Revell Peterbilt rear drives. Both Snap-Tite kits. The "air bags" are actually the rear tires of a HO scale trailer. Does anybody make these axles in 1/25 scale?
