  1. Sonny, the red Galaxie with the clear headlight covers is a special model. It's called the 7 Litre, because it has the 427 (7 liter) engine. It's the only model Ford to have these covers. Kind or a sports/luxury car. In '66 they used 428's. Check this out.......http://www.7litre.org/........to learn more. Awesome build by the way! I love what you've done with the bumpers.
  2. I like the stock wheel covers. Rodney, you write a better story than the "professional" writers. You're hilarious! Cool build by the way!
  3. You've got my attention. I think this is going to be cool!
  4. Wow Darren, your details are amazing! It's cool how you find these things in places I wouldn't think to look. I love the bumpers and the radiator.

Nostalgic to say the least! I remember riding in cars with fat tires like that. Every time you hit even the smallest bump, the quarters cut into the tire! Cool.
  6. Great build Gary. Very cool.
  7. WOW! ............WOW! ...........just WOW!
  8. I've been putting off buying this kit, as bad as I want to build a replica of my '91 coupe, because I've heard so many bad things about the body. When the body you're working on becomes available, I'll take at least two!
  9. Super nice build Eric, awesome!
  10. Very cool Rick.
  11. Great work so far! Can't wait to see more!
  12. I understand back in the late '50's or '60's putting a SBC into your street rod. What gets me is when someone builds a 1:1 show rod or F-100 and they customize every little piece on the vehicle, import leather from europe for the interior, use some rare African wood for the bed floor, chrome what can be chromed, then put a $10,000 paint job on it, have Chip Foose make a special one-off set of wheels and add the biggest brakes Wilwood ever made. You get all excited, you're thinking this is the most amazing car I've ever seen, then you look under the hood and what do you see? A 350/350 combo! Really? You spend $100,000 on building this vehicle, call in all kinds of favors to to it done "right" and you save money on the power plant? Really? Why build a truck/car for a show? To show off! Do something different! None of the rest of your car/truck looks like anyone elses, why should the engine compartment?
  13. I'd probably go with the Revell/Monogram 1970 Mach I / Boss 302 kit.................No wait..................the AMT '49..............yeah, yeah, that's it................No wait........... the Revell '32 coupe.............. ......I can't do it !!!!!!!! No way !!!!!!

  15. Really? ........... Really? ............ Really? ............ Why?
  16. Hilarious! Hey, can you climb up there and get me those tail lights? I sure could use them! I've seen tree through cars, but never up them. .. Roy
