  5. These are examples of my two. The black Bo-Bo was a one-off experimental loco from 1950s. The other is a Departmental (MoW) shunter (switcher). steve
  6. I have a couple of Heljan OO locos, both diesels. They are really well detailed and good runners. The model railway group I belong to has some of their O gauge diesels and they too are good quality. There have been QC issues with some of their models but they seem to have solved them now. steve

  10. That picture of the “Jalopy” has answered a question I had about a part in the “Hot Rod” kit that isn’t on the instruction sheet. It’s the tow hook(?) in front of the radiator. steve

  14. He had a second one that he used for sprint racing. It came to a sad end after arguing with a concrete block a year or so ago. steve PS Ignore bloke behind wheel 😳

  16. Followed a Plymouth Duster with 340 badges in metallic blue. Nose down stance with massive rears and a throaty rumble. Also a Toyota FJ Cruiser in orange. Never knew they existed. Rare beasts in the middle of York! steve

  18. I was desperate for one of these when I was knee high to a car door handle and they were new. 😁 steve

  20. Attended my granddaughter’s end of term school concert and watched her sing a solo. steve
