  1. Round here in Yorkshire I see lots of pickups and the vast majority, Isuzu, Ford, Merc, Toyota, etc, are all working vehicles. Would still like one to play with though. 😃 steve
  2. Is that the same model that was released under the Airfix name in 1967 (or thereabouts)? steve
  3. I knew there was a link to a Rootes Group product from the wheel trims but couldn’t find the car. steve
  4. British Railways Prototype diesel from early 1950s. OO/4mm UK scale. Xmas present from Mrs EM. steve
  5. I have suffered a whole day of sickly. sentimental Christmas films. If I see another Santa, elf, sleigh, reindeer, North Pole, schmaltzy “feel good moment” or fir tree, I will not be responsible for my actions. steve
  6. All the best to everyone and here’s to a peaceful 2024. steve
  7. Those two will keep you going for a while. I knew a chap with a built version of the T1. It looked amazing and was very heavy! Didn’t like negotiating curves very much though. steve
  8. The latest addition to my collection of 1:87 scale black and whites, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol Plymouth Savoy. steve
  9. All cats have their own dimensions, in which they wander at leisure. steve
  10. Being able to have a section of one of my model railways running in the house. 🤫 steve
  11. A friend of mine sent me this image and I was wondering if anyone here could shed any light on it. Looks to be 1960s. Was it expensive for the time? The oval says 1/32 scale but the strip looks bigger. The description for the strip says Jag XKE and Mercedes 300SL but pictures look more like a Cobra and, oddly, a Nash Healey(!) Thanks steve
