  2. Do these HOAs have legal status? Why can’t you just tell them to go boil their heads? People who own properties in the UK that have what’s called “Listed” status have to follow certain rules but not “ordinary” homes. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/what-is-designation/listed-buildings/#:~:text=Listing marks and celebrates a,it is to be listed. Never heard of such organisations as HOAs here in the UK. steve

  22. I was convinced it was a Peerless or Warwick at first but the lack of the little fin at the back squashed that idea. Should have known it was an AC! ?‍♂️ steve
  23. Finally finished power washing my driveway. Took three sessions with a different area each time but the results are very pleased pleasing. Now all I have to do is resand it! steve
