  1. There are a lot of really good suggestions above. And here are a few more for you: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2305
  2. Hey you got her done! Looks great Joe! Really nice job.
  3. Beautiful models! Very well built. And the photography is great too.
  4. Great trade with Jim Stepanek (crazyjim). Thanks Jim.
  5. Stunning. I really like the color combination.
  6. Oh that's just plain wrong...
  7. Yeah, those are really nice bikes. Is that a Tamiya kit? Kinda had my eye on one. Nice job too! Wish someone would do a version of the old 80's Shadow or Magna.
  8. Really cool. I used to want a 1:1 version of this pretty bad when they were new.
  9. Gorgeous! Love the interior. Very well done.
  10. From one Hoosier to another, welcome aboard!
  11. Joe, this is looking great. Those pics of the engine... Wow. Where's the drooling smiley at?
  12. Great looking car. There's just something about a black charger.
  13. I don't usually get into low riders, but this is sweet. Nice job!
  14. Got the dihedral angle of the wings set today. I used Tamiya extra thin cement and it seems to have filled most of the gaps pretty well. Also knocked one of the exhausts loose while I was handling it. That should be fun to fix...
  15. I had no idea that this kit was of the car at Dearborn. I've seen it in person a couple of times and let me tell you, it is the most impressive motor-car I've ever seen up close. Absolutely gorgeous and huge. If you're ever in the Dearborn area, Henry Ford Museum is a must see. Also, it's attached to Greenfield Village (Henry Fords pet project) which is just loaded with history. I take my family back there every few years, and we never get tired of it.
  16. Just completed a flawless trade with tubbs (Al Matheny). Really great guy to deal with. Would do it again anytime. Thanks Al!
  17. I love finding build notes in kits I started long ago. It's always interesting to see if the ideas I had still interest me or if I go a whole different direction with the project. Normally I don't use my old suggestions.
  18. Cool idea, Cameron. I never even thought about dry brushing metalizer. Gonna give this a try very soon.
  19. It actually looks like an airplane now! Looks like I've got my work cut out for me with those wing roots.
  20. You know, that's the coolest build I've seen in a long time. Nice job young man!
  21. Beautiful build. Your paint work is always awesome.
  22. Hey! I resemble that remark!
