  1. You know I did a stupid thing. Spent all that time with them, but did not get their autographs. I guess I was awe struck.
  2. Bill thanks for the info. However I should have used google, it is loaded with info. Just thought this would be a good way to go, because so many have used this company before. My bad.
  3. Where can I purchase Replica and Miniatures products? Looking for the following:
  4. Thanks for the info.
  5. Sorry to hear that. In 1972 in ElPaso, TX, myself and a friend actually had supper with them at a Ramada Inn. That is something I will never forget.
  6. I use Excel and make it fit my requirements.
  7. Thanks Bill, that hit the nail on the head. I had a brain fart. I normally always go to Ebay. Just slipped my mind this time.
  8. Very nice indeed. What is your source for the LED's?
  9. I am looking for a good source for some LED lights that can be used in a 1:24 model. All help would be appreciated.
  10. Nice work. Did you use the salt or hair spray method to achieve the rust look?
  11. I never cut the shaft. I let the shaft go all the way in the motor. Always seems to work fine. I am sure there are some who cut the shaft a little bit shorter, but it should still should work OK.
  12. Nice clean builds, and I like the way you displayed them.
  13. That's a cute little booger. Real nice model.
  14. I am surely looking forward to that. I might just put something together for him now.
  15. Thanks to all with the congrats. My son just sent me 40 pictures and 2 movie clips. Needless to say, the wife is over the moon about this. She spent over an hour just gong thru the pics. This sure is fun.
  16. I did not know you could brush it on by hand. Stunning job.
  17. AS of yesterday I am now a proud grandfather of an 8lb boy. Waited a long time for this.
  18. I use super glue, ZAP, to be exact and this suggestion is solid. I have great results, and it is much faster than using putty and easy to sand.
  19. I do have some pink primer and pink pearl paint. I shall give it a go.
  20. Using Pledge acrylic floor finish should do the job also.
  21. I started in the mid 60's in Austin Texas. I was 16 then. When I found out I was going to Nam in 71, I did not think I would be coming back home, so I destroyed all of my models with a bb gun. I regret that now. Restarted in 2007.
  22. Ditto, I just got a box from them today also.
