  1. Must be nice to get even one of them. Much too rich for my blood. Still they are very nice.
  2. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Lot-of-50-Instructions-AMT-Jo-Han-MPC-Mostly-from-the-60s/391238260098?_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985&_trkparms=aid%3D444000%26algo%3DSOI.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D33490%26meid%3D210c0f9864114384b2774d13c15246dc%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D391266804985
  3. I usually toss mine. Look on ebay, some individuals sell them.
  4. Just did for the second time.
  5. Steve, tons of it on ebay under bare metal foil.
  6. It is OK her also.
  7. As most everyone says, this is just about the only forum I go to. I am on several times a day. Like to keep up with the new content. As a disabled vet, I do not get a lot of time building. Got way to many appointments all the time. Facebook, not a fan. All my friends and relatives are on there. I just don't agree with the concept. Seems that just a few short years ago, people were afraid to say anything about themselves on E-mail. Now with Facebook, they tell you and show you just about everything about themselves.
  8. Steve, you never fail to amaze. This is going to be a winner hands down.
  9. I have purchased a few thing from him also. I just love the carbs.
  10. AK's true metal wax or Extreme Metal paint., and some products from MIG also.
  11. you could try Scale Modeling's Grabit sticks. There is also a white sticky pencil out, but I do not know the name. I have 2 of them. If you want one, I can send it to you. It works by pressure on the part, it sticks to the part then put the part where you want it to go and give a slight twist and it goes into place. Really nice.,
  12. Now that is glamours. Great clean build. Congrats.
  13. Cheers, have a great day.
  14. Wow, you knocked this one out of the park. Congrats.'
  15. A very nice build. At least someone can do the tires and window net up right. That is the same way Mach2 taught me. Great stuff.
  16. Excellent build. Reminds me of the ones that the Belgium Army would provide for us when I was stationed in Koln. Again a super job.
  17. Same thing is going on here in SC. What a change. Going down to 50 tonight with a high tomorrow of 82. Looks like fall is sneaking in.
  18. Welcome back to the grind. I wish I had not waited so long to come back. I joined the Army in 67, when I wad 19. Did not get back to modeling until 2007. Then I took another break around 2010. I just burned myself out. Got back in just 9 months ago. I hope to stick with it for a while. I got too much invested in the hobby to give it up.
  19. I did mean use water to heat it up, I just forgot to mention it. Sorry about that.
  20. When I bend plastic rod, I warm it up and bend very slowly as not to break. Just my way.
  21. What about Future (also known as Pledge) acrylic floor finish?
  22. Have you checked out Krylon yet. They make a Satin Black.
