I finally finished my Aoshima 1/24 Brian James Trailer. It’s painted in Tamiya Acrylic Metallic Grey (XF-56). I decided against the standard color of Aluminum and the kit decals which were red. So, I taped it up and sprayed some black in place of them. The Decals on the sides are various Hobby Design decals, and the tool box is a Highlight Model Studios photoetch tool box. I wish I could get some pics of the whole rig and trailer together but my photo booth is a bit small lol. Enjoy, now on to the next build!!

still a great looking build! your paint looks great!

Looking great so far! The R34 Tamiya's have to be my favorite kit so far. Excellent to build up and look awesome when finished. I have built one of these and an R32 Z-Tune, and have 2 more in the stash for future plans. Looking forward to seeing your build finished up.

Thanks Tom! I am still in the process of working on the trailer it is going to be towing. Hopefully by the weekend I can get it finished up and get some new pics in my new photo booth which is supposed to arrive today. The trailer is a quick build, but unfortunately, I have started back to work, so builds are now going to be as I can get to them, lol.

Looks like a super nice kit. Great, clean job on the build. Paintwork is amazing, can't tell it was a parts box buy! Makes me want to build one with a nice stance and some aftermarket wheels. Great job man!!

Thank you JT. If I could have one it would be an exact copy of this one.

Thank you very much Tom. It bugged me a little to see all these built with black flares and bumpers. It looks good, but my ocd was killing me lol. Glad I could inspire someone to build this kit. You won’t be disappointed. It builds up very easily and comes out with fantastic results as you can see. Jeff, thank you very much. The bed-liner was a first time for me. I have used this same method on a vinyl roof for a 70 Monte Carlo and it looked like it’d fit the bill for the spray in liner. You should build one of yours, you won’t be disappointed.
