  1. Look at them now.
  2. Walmart also carries them, in several different sizes.
  3. Are you aware that you can delete pictures in a post you're quoting?
  4. Absolutely awesome paint! Does it glow in the dark?
  5. Perhaps a soldering iron...
  6. Good tip! I've noticed that the flat spot also corresponds to a slight bulge in the tire...any thoughts on this?
  7. Instead of guitar strings, how about braided wire fishing leaders? They come in many diameters and are easier to bend than guitar strings.
  8. Something smells orange in here!
  9. There have been a lot of good answers/examples but the question posed to the OP has no response. I think waiting for that response might be a good idea, rather than coming up with solutions for an undefined problem.
  10. Although Photobucket ruined the images, here's a way to do spark plug boots http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/101815-snug-spark-plug-boots/?tab=comments#comment-1422494
  11. That three-lights-per-side rear end doesn't look right; Impalas had 'em, but the other models had two
  12. Very nicely done. Now a comment or two regarding your photography... It's great Just the right number of shots (none of the rotate ten degrees, shoot, repeat stuff)
  13. Can you post some pics to show the size(s) of the tips?
  14. Maybe I've led a sheltered life, but I've not seen high quality brushes with plastic ferrules. If you're thinking the purple pond might be an option, look at your brushes first. If they have a metal ferrule, the purple pond will eat that away and the bristles will fall out...ask me how I know.
  15. Same here. It would seem to me that a wax is used to increase luster, not clean.
  16. Your call. All I was trying to do was give you images of vehicles used in the movie so you could pick from them.
  17. Depends on how deep you want to go... American Graffiti vehicles
  18. Another way to cut the aluminum is toe-nail clippers; they are available with convex, flat, and concave cutting edges.
  19. Get one, cut off the bristles, and attach wet/dry sandpaper to it.
  20. Very different! That scoop (or is it a cowl?) on the trunk suggests the engine is in the rear.
  21. Some pictures/information would be helpful. What vehicle/year are we talking about?
  22. Too distracting. With all the voice-activated stuff available today, I'd rather just ask for something and have Alexa (or whomever) provide a reply.
  23. Very nicely done...very smooth looking. I'm guessing you don't drive it in the rain (is that intentional?)
  24. Funny how you can't edit even a recent post, but you can revive a 10 year old thread with a comment.
