  1. Mine even starts to warp back several days after I have straightened it. The bed was pretty straight, now after a week or so, it is slightly warped again. I’m interested to see how my Papa truck kit looks. I’ll never buy another Hideout though.
  2. Wow! I would like to see more of this one too!

  12. Very impressive work as usual!!
  13. It does appear to be flat to me. There are also variations of the ladders, and the grille is slightly different with sharper angles.
  14. I'm thinking that it might be like you said; "pot luck."
  15. The lettered Firestones came in the GMC General reissue, they came in the KW Mixer reissue, I thought that they were in my reissue of the Peterbilt Wrecker, but I didn’t dig it out. The YouTube unboxing of the wrecker shows Goodyears though. The Ertl/ MPC kits had Goodyears. The two piece 4200 and 4070a tires were also Goodyears. I’m pretty sure that all of the issues of the 4300 that I have, including the AMT release, all have Goodyears. If I am not mistaken one of the AMT truck tire kits has lettered Firestones in it as well.
  16. Looks great! The interior looks amazing!! Excellent work!!
  17. Looks great! Nice work!!
  18. Everything was warped, including the engine block halves, rails, differentials, the stacks, the interior bucket, the bed, etc. I think that the cab was okay though.?
  19. This began with the latest version of the Hideout truck, which was a warped up mess by the way. Bullnose cab is from AITM. I got the bed straightened out and modified. Here is how bad the frame rails were out of the box. Here is a mock up.
