  10. Looks like I remember them. Nice looking rig!
  11. I knew Dave had part of his stuff, but I wasn’t sure about all of it. I was wondering about the Hendrickson trucks that Illini did.
  12. I think that a lot of aftermarket resin casters find themselves overwhelmed with orders, then become way behind and then finally give up. The resin shortage was no help to this. So this is very possible.
  13. Jeff I’m pretty sure that a T444E would be accurate for this if it is at least a 94 model. I think that there is somebody out there that casts a 7.3 Power Stroke that you might could use. I’m not sure of the differences between them, but I am pretty sure that they are basically the same engine. My brother is a school bus mechanic, I could ask him. Cool project by the way!! I’m am definitely tuned in!
  14. Thanks for posting this! This is truly bad news for truck builders. Hopefully someone will be able to take over casting Dave’s old kits. Does anyone know if Illini is still in business?
  15. Charles, as I have said many times, you are an amazing craftsman! This would be an incredible build if you would have built it out of a box, but to think that all of this was scratch built is Amazing! This is a beautiful build for sure! Excellent work!
  16. Great looking builds guys! Here are mine;
  17. That is one heavy duty trailer! The cargo looks great as well! Very nice work!!
  18. WOW!!! I've missed a lot in the past few weeks!! I wish that I had half of your skills!! The boom looks amazing!! The canvas top looks perfect! Every time that I think that this can't get any better, you make it better!! Top notch work all the way!!!
  19. Excellent work!! Looks Great!! I wish that these were available in 1/25th! I always liked the look of these! The bumper was perfectly fine in 1981 and many years after.
  20. Looks Awesome!! You really captured the look of the period! Excellent work!!
  21. Thanks ! Sorry that I haven't responded sooner. I haven't been on in a while. Thanks! Sorry for the late response. Life has had me pretty busy. The wheels are out of the Monogram 1/24th Ford Dually kit. The front tires were from the parts box from an unknown source. The rear tires are from Scenes Unlimited. Thanks again guys!!
