  1. Also, I believe that the company is still around it's just that when he retired that put an end to some kits being released. Thanks. Jeff
  2. I think that the owner ICM retired and that was the end of those and the 74-75 Olds cutlass. Jeff
  3. Hi Greg. Was wondering where do you find all these great pictures of the kits from years past. I have seen many of your posts with pictures of kits that I never knew existed. Thanks and thank you for sharing all these great pictures. Jeff
  4. I just wanted to say that you are doing a very admiral thing for your friends neighbor. Good stuff Cobraman Good stuff. A good heart also touches others . I've always liked this kit ( funky fenders and all ). Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

  7. thanks Charlie for the information. I have heard of the spare time shop and heard that it's pretty nice. I will take a trip there and and do some shopping. Charlie I would much, much rather do business with a brick and mortar store and people you can talk to face to face as for me it just makes the experience of buying kits so much better. Again Charlie Thank you and I appreciate your help. Jeff
  8. Wow Howard, one of the best ( and true ) things that I have ever read. You nailed it. The closest ( unfortunately ) hobby shop to me is about 50 miles away and I would travel there on a weekly basis until one day the owner realized that I was buying car kits and let me tell you about a total change in attitude towards me. He started talking down to me an insult here and there and being a totally different person than I was say 10 years ago I just let it go. Got to the point that I almost WAS the person that I used to be (but don't want to go that route ever again ) that I decided it was best for me and him that I stopped going there. Now, I have to do all my shopping online and I would rather go to a hobby shop and shop, browse and meet others who share my passion. I heard of a shop about 200 miles from me, maybe it's time for a road trip. Thanks. Jeff
