  1. That was insane, in a good way. I do like that ford. Thanks. Jeff
  2. Exactly, What A Beautiful Piece Of Art. Nice job. Thanks Snake45 for showing us this one. Jeff
  3. Same here, 10 years or so no models at Walmart. Jeff
  4. I'm fairly new to this forum ( within the past year ) and within this time frame l have seen quite a few posts exactly like Tom explained. Basically, I couldn't agree more with Tom and Charlies posts above as I've seen and heard all of what's been said in their posts. I come to this forum to learn, listen and appreciate others in this hobby of ours ( like a sponge ) . Also, bring on all of the 58's as I'll take them all, lacking in design or not, I love em. Thanks. Jeff
  5. How did I miss this one! Nice work. What a great job you did on the engine and engine bay and your dashboard and interior are fantastic too. Love the Mopars, actually l Love em all. Thanks. Jeff
  6. That's so awesome ( The Ayatollah of Rock and RollA) sorry, couldn't help myself. Jeff
  7. That's beautiful. I went to your site and you really have some nice photos. I really enjoyed them all but what stood out to me was the history of the Clarkstown police, Wow what great stuff and all of those Pontiacs and Chevys ,just awesome. I have to say that I really enjoyed seeing those pictures. Thank you. Jeff
  8. Definitely a good score on both of them. Always like to see hard to find stuff. Thank you. Jeff
  9. I'm all for putting an engine in a curbside. Definitely like what you are doing here and keep up the good work. Thanks. Jeff
  10. How about just washing them like you would do before you paint anyhow. I know that the resin parts or body have the mold release agents on them that needs to be washed off before you can prime and paint. Seems to me that some warm water and soap will do a pretty good job cleaning just about anything, especially plastic. Also if the smell of the smoke bothers you to bad to do it wear the resperator that you would use when painting. Thank you. Jeff
  11. That was exellent. I'm going to go back and watch it again as I always seem to see more the second time around. I can't help but wonder what happened to the kid in the movie, I guess what I am trying to say is what became of him in life and where is he now. I guess that I'm just curious. Thanks for posting this I really enjoyed it. Jeff
  12. wow! You are so right. I just looked at the dash in the picture above and doesn't look too hard to convert. Thank you and this is one of the reasons I love this forum. Learn more everyday. Jeff

  15. Really, Really nice job adding the engine bay area to the cougar. Nice to see you saving a rare kit like this. Please keep us updated on your build and I definitely will be following. Thank you. Jeff
  16. I am and always have been a firm believer that any kit and I mean any kit that is not up to today's standards can be built into a beautiful model with just a little more work. I am totally honest with myself as a builder and I absolutely "Stink " at building but I am getting better. So my point is that if I can build a kit that is low on the parts and quality scale and turn it into a really nice and realistic model then I would imagine just about anyone else could too. Also I have a Blast of Fun working on a model that needs a lot of help, the more the merrier. Thank you. Jeff
  17. Very nice job. You built a really nice Lambo. I absolutely love the colors. Thanks. Jeff
  18. You did an amazing job chopping the roof and the fender skirts are top notch too. Actually, everything is perfect. Thanks. Jeff
  19. Thanks DaveM, really nice pictures. Thank you for posting them. Jeff
  20. And again CometMan you said it all. Don't get me wrong as I do and going by your name ( CometMan )I'm pretty positive that you love the Ford's and Chevys too but yeah we could use some of the different brand's kitted up. We are definitely on the same page CometMan. Thank you. Jeff
  21. I definitely agree with you on that. Any year, Any shape, Any size! It would be nice to have a kit of The Joker because I think that is one mean looking machine. Thank you. Jeff
  22. I just wanted to say that I totally understand what you must of felt when you opened the box of the 66 and discovered what it wasn't. Your post above is spoken like a true champion and I'm glad to hear that you are going to keep at it. My painting skills could use some help too (actually a lot of help ). Thanks. Jeff
  23. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry to see what has happened to the mustang. I've been following this one for a while and really have been enjoying it. I don't think that you would ever give up so I have full confidence that you can and will fix it. Thanks. Jeff
