Not perfect, are u kidding me ! Ben500 your car is a work of art. The stance on it is perfect alone! I absolutely love this one . Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

I absolutely love the color. Nice work and good choice for a build. It's nice when you have someone that is close to you enjoy the same things as you. All good stuff. Thank you. Jeff

Definitely outstanding. Really nice job on the engine details. Man, I love it. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff Almost forgot to ask, what are you using to hold the engine up with, is it fun tack or play doe, I'm just curious what it is because it looks like a great way to keep something in place while working on it. Thanks again. Jeff

Tom , I think that the way you look at your hobby is how it should be done. You have a very healthy outlook on it and after reading your post it's giving me a more healthier outlook on my end. You seem sincere and honest with yourself about where you are at with this awesome hobby of ours and I Have great administration for you after reading where you are at in the modeling hobby. So Tom ,Thank you for opening my eyes up just a little bit more. Jeff -

That's awesome! Man,I really wish that I had a few more modeling skills because I would love to make one of these. Please let us know how your progress is. Thanks. Jeff

Absolutely please let us know how it is. I'm just going by what I have read and heard about it just being the same old kit and the only new stuff is the photo etch and box art but you never know so please show us what is inside the box. It is on my list to get ( someday ) and I will definitely get one if just for the cool factor. Thank you. Jeff

Yes , Yes, Yes, Love it, Love it, Love it. I'm sorry I got carried away when I saw this. Cobraman, right up my alley with these. I've heard some people pick these AWB kits apart, but with a little bit of work they can come out like gold as you have proven with the 2 that you have built. Nice, Nice, Nice stuff Cobraman and I definitely will be following this one. Thank you. Jeff

Hi. Let me start by saying that I probably won't answer your question to thoroughly and I will apologize now. What I have heard and read about this kit is that all it is is a re-issue of the same lindberg kit and when it comes to some lindberg kits they are not all that great, including this one. I can't answer anything about the photo etch. Now let me tell you none of this will stop me from getting one myself as it has been on my list to get. The box art is just too cool to pass up and to me it does not matter if the kit inside stinks as my building skills also stink ( I'm getting better ) . Hopefully this has helped but maybe someone else can explain more. Thanks. Jeff

Never, ever. I personally can't get enough. Please show us every little tidbit that you do because You my friend are doing one fantastic job. Roadrunner, this also helps me out tremendously as I honestly stink at building but watching and reading all the great stuff on this forum is making me a better builder so thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

Wow, that is really nice. You definitely hit a home run with that engine. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

Bizarre question time.
louie replied to JustanotherKiwi's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Good Question! . I know exactly what you are taking about as my back will start to hurt after a while at the bench. I found that if I don't lean over the bench while I am still sitting I am a little bit better. But I think that a good chair or stool would improve things quite a bit. Thanks. Jeff -
I really like this. You are off to a great start. What really excites me is the fact that you are installing a engine in a kit that does not come with one. Taking the Bull by the Horns is right up my alley. Basically, this is how I think too. Really good stuff and please post more information and pictures of your progress. Thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

That is pretty awesome stuff. Not easy to handle a car at those speeds. Ahh, yes and sound that they make is pure Heaven to my ears. Thank you. Jeff

Hello Shelbytona, just wanting to say Keep up the good work. I'm sorry to hear about You cutting yourself and unfortunately I think that we have all been there and it is a bummer. Try not to let it keep you down as it looks like you are well on your way with this car. Speaking of the car, looks great so far and I can't wait to see more posted about your progress. I just love Mopars and 71 was one fine year. Thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff

I just went to the Modelhaus website and it says that they are shut down temporary until they get caught up and that looks to be quite a while. Sorry, I don't know how to post here what is on their website. Thank you. Jeff

I am a car fanatic through and through ( Love em all ) but I didn't have very much interest in this kit, " Until " I read this thread. Didn't realize how much you can do with it and now I plan on getting a few and I see a V8 conversation in my future and a pure factory stock too. Man, I really like this little gem. Thank you. Jeff
-
That is freaking awesome. What a Great job you did on it, if only I had a 10th of your craftsmanship, I'd be good. Your decals are absolutely perfect. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with your build. Thank you. Jeff
-
Now that's cool. I'm very impressed with this one. Looks like you put a lot of time and effort into it Dave. Really nice , actually that's an understatement, Amazing is more like it. Thank you. Jeff

Now that is a tough one for me. I would like to see quite a few done but I guess I would have to say a 66 Buick skylark that is factory stock would be nice. I can take care of all the day 2 modifications all by myself. And don't get me wrong but I absolutely love Round 2 and Revell but I would prefer that Moebius did this one, and many others. Thank you. Jeff P.s l think that you picked a great subject to discuss.
