  7. Looks very convincing Richard. Check out the model railroad forums, they have a resin that they use for creating water effects.
  8. Nice work Josh. A little patience goes a long way. Your plane looks great. Next step is to start looking at filling in seam lines and getting all your contours nice and even before paint.
  9. Very nice. Just the antennae looks a little to thick.
  10. Welcome to the forum.

  12. I realized what you meant just after i posted my reply. Sorry
  13. Being a Chevy guy, I don't have a problem with the 454, but I think you may get some stick from the ford guys.
  14. I don't know so much Harry. I went back and checked some of your posts and I didn't have a clue on most of them.

  18. Looking really good Ray. Can't wait to see it done.
  19. Great progress.
  20. Incredible progress Chris. Have you considered using some black silicone sealer for the distributor trigger wires, it can be shaped to an extent if you moisten it after application. Just my humble two cents worth.
  21. And another masterpiece is presented to the world! Absolutely stunning Tim.
  22. Welcome to the forum Josh. Trust me when I tell you that this forum will help you in spades. I was very much like you, wanting to finish my models as quickly as possible. I have learned to slow right down and not just assemble for the sake of seeing a completed model on my bench. I now take my time and only assemble when I am happy that I can't improve the fit or finish of the components that I am assembling. The best advise I ever got on this forum was to treat each part as a model in itself. Only when you are happy with how an individual part looks, should you continue on to the next step in your build process. Happy building.
  23. Agreed on the panel lines. Other than that, it's a really great build.
