  1. just an update, it seems I have gotten Type A Influenza, so I haven't been able to work on the Pagani lately. Hopefully soon, though.
  2. The Stig is overseeing the build process as well!!
  3. Wow!, thanks, Bernard!! -Yes, it is all rattle cans! Give me a couple days, and I will give you an in-depth list of my colors, Primers, and how, and what order they were applied.......that is SUPER important here.
  4. Thanks, John!, its neck-to-neck with the 5000QV Countach as my all-time favorite!!
  5. I just got done with the front suspension unit, til it get attached to the interior tub, then a little bit more wiring. I wont wire up the fans, because it WONT be seen from any angle when finished......the wires are black anyway. Next will be wiring up the rear suspension and powerplant!
  6. SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!
  7. Finished the dash today, and added a Pagani name plate on the firewall between the seats.
  8. This and a TVR would be nice as well!!!
  9. I'd stick with Spaz Stix, not only is it easy to spray, there is no klean up, can be sprayed over gloss blacks from; Tamiya, Testors, Duplicolor, and Krylon. It is also VERY tough, can be masked-over with Tamiya masking tape, and has been proven. Alclad is nice looking, but is exactly the opposite of this, and as for the "wonder pen", Motolow is WAAAAY too fussy to me, and i'm not willing to spend all my time, money, and kits on something that will most likely fade over time.....ink is VERY suseptable to light. I don't work that hard for it to go to BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH later. Our dear late mentor, Harry P, was also a huge advocate for Spaz Stix, and boy did he do ALOT of chrome!!!......check out his work!!!!
  10. I hold on to EVERYTHING, except the tyres from Revell, Monogram, MPC, AMT, Lindberg......anything non-Japanese. Cant stand them.....they go in a container, and when its full, the go straight into the bin! -Maybe some day they can recycle them, and actually make some decent ones....lol
  11. Sweet car!!!
  12. I have a "love-hate" relationship with this kit, but really love the car. too bad its our only option. I will be working on mine after the Pagani. I think you did an Extremely nice job here, considering the infamous fit issues. Like the real car, you have to really love it to own it...lol
  13. EXCELLENT!!!
  14. They look fantastic!!
  15. Love this car!!!.....glad to see it again, JC!!, and that grille is awesome!!
  16. Thanks, Tim!!......lucky guy!!!
  17. Been at the bench all day today, and got the entire interior done, minus the guage cluster, but that will also be done in a short while. Let me try to remember everything I did here; Scratchbuilt things....."lunchbox" handles, 4 zipper-pulls, seatbelts, "lunchbox" tie-down sraps with snaps, that attach to the bottom of the rear speaker pods, seat adjustment levers, the floormats turned-out pretty perf, if I say so myself. I also added the LED lights that are behind the door-pulls, and I used photo-etch "Pagani" emblems across all my speakers. as well as on the floormats. I added screws to the steering column, and both the top, and bottom of the center column itself.
  18. That's cool!, I was referring to my Sig Saur 716 AR-10....lol I don't really like to make functional parts, somebody always wants to see it work, and that's always a step closer to it breaking some day. In fact, sometimes I will just glue things shut, and my new thing is to always glue passenger doors shut when the kit comes with opening doors. I will be scratch-building the front, and rear cowl tie-down straps.
  19. Thanks, Cameron, and Kurt!!...VERY much appreciated!!
  20. I use it all the time under Tamiya sprays, and Krylon
