  1. Boy, I sure wish I had the talent to make something like that. Nice job!
  2. I'm in the same boat as you Jesse. Doing a little research and finishing up another project before I get started on the 48 Woody. Looks like many of you are off to a great start. I can't wait to tear into mine soon.
  3. Very nice rig! Who makes the photo etch Mack emblems you used? Rob
  4. Wow, you did a real nice clean job.
  5. How cool is this going to be!
  6. Sorry for the lack of updates. It's been a busy time for me lately along with another build on the go. I ordered the paint I need for the cab and trailer frame. Waiting for that to come in. Everyone has been making some great progress with the BRBO.
  7. Off to a great start Aaron. I'm looking forward to seeing all of the modifications you are planning. Time for me to get a pencil and paper out to take some notes! Rob
  8. X3 Great job Ken. Your attention to details like the bunk and the chassis really stand out. Rob
  9. I hope your move goes well Jon. It is the very least favorite thing I have done. Great choice for the build. I'm looking forward to seeing this take shape. Rob
  10. I am very envious Tom. I am waiting for the kid to move out as well. We all have our priorities in life. Kid at home, model room. hmmmm...
  11. Great rendition of a classic Angel!
  12. She did a great job on the paint! Love the addition of blue on the rims and the tire lettering looks great. What method did you use to do the lettering? Rob

  14. Nice start on your Astro Sean. I have this kit in my stash as well, so I'll be watching in on this build. Rob
  15. I'm sorry to hear you're going through a difficult time. Take care of yourself, I hope you're feeling better soon. Rob
  16. All builds on hold until I make one of these.
  17. So after several days of thinking this over I am going to build a 48 Ford Woody 4x4 to take on the Australian outback. Starting with the Revell 48 Ford Woody, 4x4 drive from the Revell Jeep kit, along with some parts from the spare parts box I'll be converting the chassis of the woody into 4 wheel drive, upgrading the engine to a modern Ford supercharged V-8 with all of the equipment required to make this long trip. Who knows, maybe Captain Chaos will even make an appearance!
  18. Wow, you sure have a lot of effort into this rig Clayton. And it shows! Nice detailing and custom touches. Rob
  19. I really like the exhaust shields Dan. The headlights look a lot better now. Nice work.
  20. Thanks guys for the tips on the filler panel along with the nice comments. I haven't had much time to work on my truck for the last week or so but when I have had a little time I have been working on the interior. I have almost completed the interior panels for the doors along with the door hinges. I'll post some pics as soon as I get a chance. Happy modelling everyone!
  21. Nice work on the interior Ken.

    70 chevelle

Great work on your Chevelle Tom. The color is great! I really like your choice of interior color as well. Reminds me of my dad's old 1970 Pontiac Parisiesnne.
  24. I feel sorry for those who don't have a hobby of some type to help forget about the pressures of the world. Building a collecting models allows me to slide into a different world.
