  9. Always a kit you wonder how to build, great choice Tommy.

  11. Ok, count me in too.
  12. A whole new way to look at things. I know I've done this but it sure makes sense. Especially the no putty part.
  13. Don't remember. But I do remember building that kit right out of the box back in 1960. Then later thinking it would look good painted orange. Now you know mom wouldn't put up with that. So it was off to the closet. We had a big one at the end of the hall with a light in it. Great secret hidie hole. I remember just finishing it up when the door opens, "MOM!" "What?"
  14. Ever hear of "the angle of the dangle" ? What I've always heard was the hing on the angled side wouldn't allow the door to open properly. Cool, but not too practical.
  15. How did I miss this ? Any one else ? Here it is.
  16. Certainly. Lovely build. Love that "H" motor cool exhaust. Good job Paul.
  17. That's the beauty of hot rodding, anything goes. But ya gotta admit them small block Chevs jest do the job all day long
  18. Now let me tell you my Dad built em right out of the box for me and my brother and was quite willing to let us have a go. I figured it out. My brother got a set of drums. But I bless my Dad for getting me started. Now where was he when I started the "Kustom" project. Hey, putty's putty ain't it ? Well that was my thought when I came up short on the model car putty and substituted some nice full grain "WOOD" putty. ever try sanding that stuff ?
  19. Just a thought here, with all the various Revell ( gotta be the best thing since butter on bread) '32 Ford kit variations, did any of them have stock possibilities ?
