  1. I think in 66 they were all blue but what about the 62 to 65s,
  2. I decided to use parts I have in stock for this build and going to use a 289 for a 60s vibe, will remember that Revell flathead when I need one on the next build. Did not want to buy another kit for a quicky build.
  3. I do not have enough parts to build another so unless I get more parts this one is the last.
  4. It's just going to be a quick rebuild,I really wanted to paint it but do not want to break it taking it apart. This is the fourth 40 I have done like this over the last few months.
  5. PM sent back.
  6. While looking for parts for the AMT 36 Ford I found another 40 coupe,I told myself I was done with them for awhile but it will go together while waiting on paint and glue to dry. If I could get it apart I was going to paint it but the body is glued to the fenders too good so it's going to get a new chassis and some detailing and call it done, was going to put a flathead in it but it's going to get a 289 Ford this time since I have never tried to put one in before. It will chrome rims.
  7. Looking for a gas tank from the Monogram beer wagon.
  8. The beer keg tank from the Monogram beer wagon works perfectly,I have one and need to find another.
  9. Going to post this in the WIP section as it looks like its going to be another save and a quick put togather.
  10. I have a cut up frame with a complete front suspension and one rear spring.
  11. I know some came with the 50 convertible but were speed parts ever made for the 40 flathead,I am thinking a hoped up flatty should go in my latest 40 coupe since all the others have gotten a OHV.
  12. While looking for the parts to complete the 36 Ford project I found a partial 40 coupe, well I had the parts to complete so it looks like one more in the making. I had done four or five in the last few months so I think this one will be for next winter.
  13. While looking for the parts I found some smooth hood sides that will be going on,I also found I was missing the part behind the grille between the hood sides thinking it would stop the progress but eventually found one so soon it will be built between other projects.
  14. I have a AMC engine I can donate to the project.
  15. Found enough parts to put this back together, not sure on the engine right now but hope to get to it before it gets warm as I have a few in front of this one.
  16. I think it's a annual and not a promo.
  17. I picked up a 65 engine off eBay and it was missing the carbs and valve covers.
  18. This original 63 is done,it does not have a complete engine but when I find the parts I will install them.
  19. It's paint we had at work.
  20. Not sure just nothing too large.
  21. I have a pair of 1/32 semi snap together tanks but a little too cheesy and not sure if I can improve them.
  22. Stripped what chrome that was remaining on the bumpers and will be painting them with chrome paint at work.
